Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Matignon

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

L'accueil fait par Magalie et son mari est à la hauteur de la qualité de la maison. Top ! La literie est de qualité. La présence des produits de premières nécessités est un plus. Ils sont arrangeants, à l'écoute et réactifs. Maison décorée avec charme, tout y est pour se sentir à l'aise. Idéalement emplacée, nous avons pu profiter de la région. Merci pour cet agréable séjour. Superbe semaine dans la maison ty mam goz. La vue sur l’anse de Beauport est vraiment très agréable, très reposante. Nous avons vraiment coupé avec notre quotidien, et nous avons pu manger de bonnes huîtres. La maison est très bien équipée, tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien.

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille à la Hunière. La maison est confortable, le salon est adaptés aux enfants en bas âge et la cheminée est très agréable après une journée à la plage (à 2 pas de la maison !). Un grand merci à Edouard et Madame Menard qui ont été très réactifs et arrangeants. La région est magnifique et facile à découvrir depuis St Cast Le Guildo. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la très belle et très agréable longère de Alain à Plévenon. La nature environnante est somptueuse, paisible. Il y avait tout le nécessaire dans la maison. Ce coin de Bretagne est superbe. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Soléne bietet ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus an. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und wurden mit einer Flasche Apfelsaft aus der Region begrüßt. Die Lage ist klasse, über einen Trampelpfad gelangt man an die Hauptstraße. Hier gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Supermarkt und ein kleines Strandgeschäft. Entlang der Straße ist man sofort am Strand. Das Ferienhaus ist die perfekte Basis für Ausflüge nach St.Malo, Dinan oder für kleine Wanderungen auf derHalbinsel.

Tout était parfait. L'appartement de Jean Pierre était très agréable à y vivre. Jean Pierre répondait rapidement à nos questions. Ce fût un super séjour chez Jean Pierre, je le recommande fortement.

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful apartment nicely decorated and clutter free. Saint Malo is worth the visit, even when the tourists abound.

Nous avons passé un week-end familial au coeur du vieux Rennes où le logement est idéalement situé. L'appartement est bien insonorisé malgré l'âge de la bâtisse (qui est une merveille historique). La literie est de bonne qualité. Le marché le samedi matin au pied de l'appartement et tous les lieux incontournables à 10 minutes à pieds, un vrai plus pour découvrir Rennes en peu de temps.

A lovely apartment in the heart of St Malo. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and amenities at your doorstep. The apartment itself has beautiful decor, is clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen and bathroom. Steve, the host, is very responsive. Easy check in and check out processes. A wonderful find, highly recommend!

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, felt like a true relic. The location was definitely full of young adults, lots of personality, and tons of bars and shopping in walking distance. It could be noisy at night, but we enjoyed the music and could simply close the windows and it was peaceful in the room.

Le logement était conforme à la description. C’est un logement dans lequel on se sent bien, on a pu déconnecté. La proximité avec le port et les plages était parfaite.

Logement conforme aux photos, très propre et agréable, dans un quartier calme. La boulangerie est à deux pas du logement, le supermarché à 10 mn et la plage à 15mn à pied ! la terrasse est un vrai plus, nous en avons profité. Un grand merci à Chrystele pour son sourire. Je recommande vivement ! Nous reviendrons, sans hésiter, lorsque nous serons dans la région.

Très belle maison. De grands espaces à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Située dans une belle région près de la mer: Saint-Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Malo… L’hôte, Daniele, très réactif. Nous aurions aimé y séjourner plus longtemps. C’est la preuve que nous sommes très satisfaits!

An absolutely amazing house with everything we needed for a great multigenerational family holiday. Extremely comfortable and well laid out. The children loved the tree house, the piano was a real bonus and the kayaks were great when the tide was high enough. The house is in a fantastic location next to the beach and just a quick walk to the town for our croissants each morning. We enjoyed a day out to the Isle de Bréhat, and our walk to the Tour de Kerroch. Candy gave us a friendly welcome and departure.

Rien à dire, accueil très sympa par Aurélie, maison extra, vaste, rénovée de fond en comble et décorée avec goût. Un séjour au top en Bretagne du nord !

Einfach herrlich! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der umwerfenden Landschaft, dem gepflegten Haus und dem naturnahen Garten sehr genossen. 🫶 Durchweg perfekt. 👍Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! 🙌 Lieb gemeinter Optimierungsvorschlag: Bitte mehr Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. Man nimmt ja immer bissle mehr zum Anziehen mit. 😉

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend entre amis chez Brigitte. La maison est grande, agréable, et a proximité du sentier côtier et du centre de Cancale, donc rien a redire. Nous conseillons sans réserves.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans cette jolie maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L'équipement est très complet et moderne, rien de manque. Le ménage est impeccable. Le logement est très lumineux, la cuisine est top avec son ilot et sa verrière. L'extérieur est un vrai plus avec son jacuzzi. Le quartier est très calme, aucune nuisance.
