Vacation rentals with beach access in Matignon

A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

The accommodation is in a very good location and very pleasant to stay in and the view when you come back is superb and the bedroom even better, there are a lot of beautiful walks to do around on foot, the ramparts are 15, 20 minutes' walk away, very convenient and thank you for the welcome and responsiveness if you need it, thank you I recommend it

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. We had a great time at Anaëlle and Joseph's place. Check-in is simple and self-contained, the instructions are very clear. The place is even better than the pictures. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and giant screen that allowed us to have a great time. Joseph made himself available to resolve some inconveniences, even from afar. This was greatly appreciated.

Very good stay at Muriel and Denis's. Flexible check-in and check-out times. Small welcome gifts Good location for visiting the main sites within 30 minutes. Very well-equipped. Comfortable bedding. Quiet environment. The best part is the very well exposed veranda that makes you feel like you're outside as soon as there is a ray of sunshine.

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!

A recommended place to stay 😊 Antoine welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything we needed to know. We felt very comfortable right away The room had a beautiful view of the water and Saint Malo and also included the kitchen. The bed was also the sofa, which was pulled out for sleeping. The bathroom was also very nice. A small adjoining room served as a storage room for luggage, etc. The whole place is tastefully decorated and we liked it very much! 👌 We will be happy to come back!
