This is a 40 m2 apartment located in a beautiful Malouine villa, completely refurbished and designed by an interior designer. We are located less than 10 meters from the sand of the Grande Plage de Saint-Cast and a five-minute walk (dragging) from the center of the seaside resort. Ideal for a couple with children, like us. Located in the heart of Les Mielles, the shopping center, you can access it by the road leading to the port or directly by the Grande Plage, and enjoy, on foot, almost everything our beautiful seaside resort has to offer. (7 beaches, many restaurants, shops and markets, marina, adventure trail, golf, fishing, horseback riding, GR 34, etc...)
