Sitio/chacara in a gated community with a house under rustic construction in nature . It has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room with an American kitchen, has a pool with a shower. Very comfortable and Amenity with nature. It also has a kitchen with electric pressure cookers, rice and air fryer, coffee maker and sandwich maker for the coffee, wine glasses for a more cozy moment by the eco-friendly fireplace and wood-burning fireplace on which we provide the wood, and the floor fire.
