Good place to stay. Prompt and friendly staff. Old house like vibe. We enjoyed our stay.

We group of 4 families had wonderful time at the Villa. Along with individual 4 bedrooms we had a big Air-conditioned room which was so perfect to hang out as group in summers. Beach is at walkable distance and very serene. Food at property was really good and caretaker Sai and cook Varsha helped us in every way.

The house is beautiful surrounded by greenery. The helper was available at all times and we were offered delicious home made food at nominal charges. The place is on the top of a mountain which is a 1min drive from the main road. Due to heavy rains there was no power from the night, but we were able to manage because of the UPS which worked till midnight. There was no power in the morning but it was not a big problem except for the geyser. Overall the place was very comfortable and stylish with very caring cooks.

We’d stayed at the Coastal villa for a night for a college reunion. The place is perfect and is about 3 minutes away from the Akshi beach by foot. The homemade food was delicious and place was clean and spacious. It’s a great place for a mid sized group. I’d love to go back again here.

One of the biggest highlights was the proximity to the beach—so near and easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning walk or a peaceful sunset view. We booked this place for the long weekend from 1st to 3rd May. We were a group of two older couples and two younger couples. First thing that comes to mind while writing this review is the hospitality extended by the hosts. Being there for the guests when they need you and disappearing when they don’t is a skill that comes from experience. The hosts were absolute professionals in this area. The second thing is the location of the property. It’s as sea touch as you could imagine without devolving into a shack. The third thing is the property itself. It comes with four beds, it also comes with four individual identities. Growing up many of us had stickers or posters of our favourite movie stars or sports icons. This home also has a few-all dedicated to the iconic Marilyn Monroe, there are hardly any walls in this house that does not have a picture or a poster dedicated to her. However, it must be said that the property needs to upload latest photos as some things have changed a bit.

This is a really charming place to stay in a great location in Bardra. The listing was clean and thoughtfully decorated, has a comfortable bed and most items you would expect for a short visit. I really enjoyed my stay here, however don’t expect the kitchen to have much in the way of provisions so you will need to buy everything if you want to make food. Having the Subko cafe literally opposite is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing place! It was perfect for our group of three couples and two children. The space was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Each couple had their own comfortable room, and the kids had plenty of space to play and enjoy themselves. Swiggy and Zomato delivers order at this place. We ordered food from cloud kitchen suggested by host. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals for toddler. The private pool was a highlight for both the kids and adults — clean, safe, and a great way to relax and have fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or a group of friends!

Amazing stay, cannot ask for anything more than this. The swimming pool is the best part of the property, it is cleaned everyday and has inbuilt filters also. I’d personally recommend the property, and if you ask me, I’d revisit the property multiple times.

Pankaj has made a great place to stay and has left clear instruction on airbnb as well as in our chat box . The surroundings are very peaceful and serene. Walk to the Pej river dip your feet in calmly flowing water and relax. Away from bustle we had a great three nights stay with family on Christmas. Sharad the caretaker is extremely caring and handy with help on auto mode. He is constantly there on the scene without bothering you but taking care of the requirements silently. He cooks very good food but for chapatis and his food is a delight in the silence of the woods.
