This apartment is a Duplex one minute from Plaza de España in Écija (the Salón). The Duplex occupies the first and second floors of the building. Just minutes away from the most visited monuments of Écija, and shopping area, terraces and restaurants. Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.

Our cozy and central cave house is located in Cuevas de la Sombra, one of Setenil's most famous and striking streets. The house has a terrace with stunning views of Cuevas del Sol and a kitchen. It has 2 bedrooms with large beds, is very bright and has a genuinely vintage touch. Newly built, it sleeps 4 people.
