This place is an perfect spot for peaceful rest. It’s situated only 25km away from Yerevan in a village calls Ushi. By taxi it will cost you 6$ only. You can find many activities all around. Mount Ara is on the right side of the village and Aragats (biggest mountain in Armenia) is on left. This village is a heaven for organic food lovers. Home made cheese, honey, eggs, lavash. all those products you can get with very cheap price from lovely neighbors. It has a fast wifi connection.

New Central apartment

The neighborhood is amazing, right in the heart of old Gyumri. The apartment is freshly renovated, has everything tourists would need. Its bedroom area is subtly isolated from the main area through shelves that add coziness to the place. The bed is queen size, with a super comfortable new mattress, the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate one adult or two kids. We will make sure you enjoy your stay and will give you tips on places to visit.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In the center of Gyumri city, next to Vardanants Square, next to Alexandrapol Hotel. A very warm and bright apartment just renovated and all amenities (large refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, comfortable bathroom). You can visit with your family or alone. All major shopping centers and the central market are very close.

The owner was really friendly he even made us coffe and shared some apricots with us. The room was really big and clean. There was even a refrigerator in our room. Very nice price and location!

I can't complain. Everything was exactly like described. Room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast was traditional and very tasty. Area is quite and safe, owners are very bice people. Owner Artur, absolutely beautiful man, he was waiting for us in airport more than an hour, because our flight was delayed. He did say or showed any concern about it, and it was 2 am. So, overall, everything was great. Price/value, area safe and quite, people around very nice. I will definitely recommend this place, this house and this owner. Thank you so much.

The place is centrally located and close to practically everything. The room was ready at my arrival. Amalia’s grandmother was always available and her kindness made the stay even more comfortable. Overall a great experience and, if in Gyumri in the future, I will definitely come back. Recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Hovo’s apartment. Hovo is a very pleasant, polite, and flexible host with great taste and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Major's House/Spacious Room with en-suite bath

Excellent place to chill and rest from city noise. The apartment was very beautiful designed, it was extremely cleaned, there was no TV and that was a plus, because the sound system and the cd collections gave the vibe you need from time to time. I definitely know where to stay next time visiting Gyumri. Keep up the great service !!!
