Mary & Vern where great host and their back yard was a great place to set and relax. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked.

This place is perfect getaway Near the city but far enough to be in middle of nature. Easy commute to so many different attractions. Friendly neighbors made us feel right at home. Amanda is great host and made sure we have every thing we need for the stay. I now know where to stay for my next trip to area.

Donna was so sweet! . My flight was delayed because of bad weather in denver so i arrived so late. 1:30 am. When i got there she had put a quart of milk, muffins, strawberry jam, coffee and bottles of water. She was so thougjtful about making sure I was comfortable. I loved that you could walk out the door to hike the devils backbone. Such a quiet, peaceful spot. Having a washer dryer was also handy.

This is an excellent longer term rental. Has everything you need for an extended stay. The place is nicely furnished and quite roomy. Pleasant, quiet street with lots of parking. It is listed as a basement but, in fact, it is light and airy. Mark is a very helpful host. Highly recommend. Paul Schneider
