Amanda’s place is beautifully decorated, comfortable, has everything one needs with views and paths that lead to the Llano River. I went with 3 girlfriends and we decided to make it an annual trip we enjoyed our stay so much. Highly recommended!

This property was stunning! The multiple structures on the property offered privacy, while the grand house and pool gave us an incredible area to congregate and create memories. We loved the pool and the stargazing deck - we saw lots of shooting stars. Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to rent Britney Jo's place again; she was a great host!

This home was stunning! The house was HUGE. Our large group fit very comfortably. The pool was great and the lot itself was beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoyed being in nature and seeing the wildlife, but it was also very close to town. Pictures do not do it justice! We had everything we needed to cook and felt right at home. We will definitely try staying again!

My family of four loved our three night stay! We played ping pong, grilled, had a fire and spent the day at Inks Lake. We picked up pizza from Bella Serra and spent day 2 at the local river spot. Everything was great and we will be back!

Great accommodations for four women who have known each other for 55+ years. Kitchen had everything we needed when dinning in, bathrooms were clean and beds comfy!

We all enjoyed our stay there! It is absolutely beautiful and the pool was super enjoyable!

We had a fantastic weekend at the Sandy Ranch Outfitters. The house is large and comfortable with a breezy covered patio. The property grounds have a lot to offer, from hiking to birding and fishing. We saw many local wildlife, painted bunting, summer tanager, heron, armadillo, skunk, whitetail deer, turkey, as well as exotics such as addax and blackbuck. The game room was an added bonus for evening fun. We will definitely be back!

Great views. Calm, quiet and peaceful. The barndo has a great layout and is perfect for small families. Really had no complaints and would love to stay here again when we are back in the area. Great location and place all around and much, much better than getting hotel rooms.

Everything you’d expect from a West Texas ranch house! Very quiet with only the occasional pickup driving past the house, which is bordered by a couple of cattle guards that provide a “speed bump” effect and requires vehicles to slow down as they pass the house. Nicely furnished and a great big back yard for throwing a ball and enjoying those beautiful Texas night skies. We took advantage of the fire pit for evening gatherings and picked up fallen wood from around the property to burn. Ping pong and corn hole were also a hit with the kids. River is across the county road and we threw a couple fishing lines in the river with no luck except for a small perch. TV gets all the channels you’ll need and the house has internet, which runs quite slow but I understand that the host is on the list to get Starlink as soon as it’s available, which will be nice if needed to work from the house. Kitchen’s nicely appointed and the stocked spices, pots, pans and tools fulfilled our needs.

This was definitely a nice change of pace. I travel extensively for work and usually stay in hotels. It was so nice to come “home” after a long day of working. The two cats were the “welcoming committee” and were always excited to see me when I got back. I sat on the porch with them and watched the wildlife roam about. Early mornings I would feed the deer and it was neat to watch them come up and eat. The house itself was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the hosts had muffins waiting when I got there! They had everything that was needed and more. Just perfect!

This home was so beautiful and clean inside and out! We LOVED the house! We had the best time and the owners were beyond gracious and kind with a wine tasting experience that was our favorite of all the wineries we visited! We had the best weekend & hope to book this home again! We highly recommend this property and Whatley Winery that the house is located on! Every wine at Whatley Winery was so good and a beautiful wine tasting room! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you for an amazing girls weekend!

It was a cool spot, the place was clean and the amnesties were satisfactory and the Hot Tub was on point! If your looking to get away from it all you found the right place!

We visited Deborah's property with a crew of nine (four adults and five kids) while chasing the April 8 eclipse. It is quite remote and really lovely. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The ice house was an excellent gathering space for meals and board games. All the lodging was comfortable. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Such a wonderful place of retreat for a family. Its a beautiful Ranch outside of Llano and very quiet and to yourself.

Was a great stay in a great area!!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous. We loved staying here and want to live in it. We had a family wedding nearby and this house was perfect for our needs, but it’d be wonderful for entertaining too. I wish we had a longer stay to use that amazing kitchen and inviting fire pit. 11/10 would stay again Ps. Put on the record player, sit on the patio with the flickering fire like porch lights and relax in one of the rockers. The best end to our lovely evening.

This was the perfect home away from home for our group to explore Luckenbach and Fredricksburg. Loved watching the deer from the porch

The house was beautiful inside and out! The location is a little bit out of town but close enough to everything. There was deer out it was such a nice experience. Would recommended!
