Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a wooded and peaceful park. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). The ground floor, about 20 m2, contains a beautiful living room (with sofa bed), upstairs, a mezzanine under a slope contains 2 sleeping spaces (1 double bed/1 single bed).
