Seaside house isolated in a pine forest, with a living area of approximately 80 m2. Access is via a private subdivision (electric gate). The shed is located on a plot of pine trees sheltered from the mistral on the edge of a wire railroad, implying a noise disturbance of a few seconds during the passage of the train (passenger transport) but the silence is total outside these few moments, as well as at night. A 150m path leads directly to a cove.

This family home is close to all the sites and amenities beaches, calanques, hikes, Marseille, Aix... quiet area in a quite secluded but well-connected place, car needed although there is the bus stop just down the street. Welcome to our family home! - The sea: pretty calanque located 3 or 4 minutes on foot = Along the road/sidewalk for 150 m and you are there. - Downtown: about a 10-minute walk (restaurants, shops, cafes, beaches, huts...) - Amenities: in front of a Lidl supermarket (1 minute walk), next to a butcher and a 2-minute walk from the bakery. No car needed! P.s: on-site: swimming pool, table tennis and trampoline.
