Vacation rentals with a patio in Martel

Figeac is a lovely place to visit and staying at Le Duplex made exploring the town very easy. The proximity to the old town with its shops and restaurants was great. We recommend taking the self guided walking tour to see all the interesting sights. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Just one piece of advice - there is a fantastic market every Saturday with stalls right outside the accommodation. If you have parked your car on the street outside Le Duplex there’s no way of leaving until the market has packed up. We very nearly got stuck!

A great place to stay. So close to the Centre of Sarlat. The apartment was well equiped and spacious. Having a private parking bay was a real bonus. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

This accommodation is in all respects as described and as shown in the photos. It is new, very clean, very quiet and really very well located. The city center and restaurants are nearby, there is no need to take your car. We would recommend this listing for a stay in Brive.

Steve was very helpful always available to answer any questions. The place is a paradise and great walkways, views etc. His caretaker, Pascal, helped us check-in and offered to help…. Even set us up for a day of kayaking not mention and really great guy.

The place perfectly matched the description and our expectations. The terrace is a real plus , the residence is quiet and the bedding is quality. Annabel is available and her hosting was very warm. We'll be happy to go back!

a wonderful historic apartment that's well-kept and clean. Marion Et Adrien did a beautiful job of preserving a historic look and feel, while ensuring the place is comfortable and features modern amenities. The location is superb for exploring La Roque-Gageac. Thank you for a great stay!

We could not recommend this location or hosts more. The place is beautiful with picturesque setting. The amenities are absolutely fantastic, we needed for nothing. aindoor and outdoor cooking space with all equipment on hand. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and were a pleasure to stay with. We cannot recommend this accommodation enough and will definitely be booking to visit again.

The hamlet of the castle we stayed in has been renovated with great taste and respect for history. Mia is a great host available, nice and smiling. The comfort of the cottage is of very high quality . Very quiet and nice services . Close to all the most beautiful places . For lovers of calm and nature.

I can’t recommend Jean’s place enough. It was truly lovely. What a peaceful and beautiful environment. I really enjoyed my stay there. Jean was such a great host. I was really appreciative of the nice bottle of wine and bottle of Perrier she gave me as a welcome gift. I definitely hope that I will be able to return one day!

The Perchoir Corrézien cottage is really superb and perfectly matches the photos. The place is very nice, the bedding comfortable, and everything is spotless. The hosts are warm and provide very good advice for discovering the surroundings. I would highly recommend it!

Great welcome by the hosts who live next door and are available if needed, very good communication, the house is very nice with a large comfortable living room for 8 and a well-equipped kitchen. 2 large quiet terraces with enough armchairs and deckchairs for everyone, we were able to eat outside and test the plancha. You can park easily next door, Cajarc is the perfect village for visiting the area: bars, restaurants, shops ( an excellent butcher), a new super nice bookstore... Fell in love with the house, its hosts and the village. Great value for money: it was perfect.

We had a great time at Michel's cottage. Michel is a very welcoming and responsive host who does everything to ensure the stay is optimal. The cottage is superb, well-equipped and very functional. The 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and separate toilet, can accommodate 4 couples in excellent comfort conditions. It is located in a beautiful, very quiet and green area, with heated pool, Jacuzzi, petanque court, ping-pong table... The cottage is conveniently located for visiting the area, which is rich in remarkable sites. We highly recommend Michel's cottage.

We had an amazing stay with Anna and Krys! It was our first time on holiday with our 9 month old baby and this was the perfect location! They gave us such a warm welcome and Anna prepared everything for us: baby bath, baby bed and baby chair. So handy! The appartment was big enough, very clean and comfy. A nice bed and airco to cool down the appartment, although it stayed quite chill. The swimming pool wasn't far from the room and there is a beautiful garden that surrounds the whole domain. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Gite in a beautiful peaceful Saladin house. Very pleasant setting with rabbits to admire cool in the garden. The interior of the cottage is as described. The rooms are spacious and cool, which is nice in summer. Thank you very much Mark for your hospitality, your sightseeing tips and the bottle of rosé.

i would recommend it to everyone!!!! close to the city center by car, very clean apartment with a terrace that is too cute. hosts are more than nice! Go without a second thought.

We just finished our week of vacation in Paul & Elyn's place and it was a very nice week. The accommodation, kitchen, pool access correspond perfectly to the description as well as the photos. The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)

I had a great time in Aveyron. Pauline was very available and answered each of my questions. There was a small welcome booklet in the apartment that was very clear about the accommodation, which is recommended, the host municipality and the surrounding area. Very nice and very good value for the money. I hope to be back soon.
