The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

The apartment is above our cosy artisan coffee shop which is the perfect place for an amazing coffee & breakfast which you get at a discount.

Naomi's apartment is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and had a lovely little patio to sit outside with a coffee or glass of wine. Communication with our host was clear and responsive and we appreciated the coffee, milk, juice and biscuits provided for us. Location perfect, bus stop and train station nearby, village 10 minute walk away and both Aldi and Tesco 2 minute walk. We took train to Liverpool, only £6.40 for daysaver. Despite the unexpected end to the Liverpool victory parade we loved the city and the people, so much to see and do. Only managed the ferry, Cavern and museum in our 3 days but we will definitely be back. Perfect place to stay for exploring the area. Thank you Naomi.

Jenny and Lee were fantastic hosts. Anticipating our young families needs before our arrival. The home itself is beautifully decorated, the kids loved all the fun designs and bunk beds. Shutters and blinds allowed for a comfortable night sleep, keeping the light out. The kids loved the deep bath and we enjoyed a fire with the burner. Look forward to staying again.

Lovely location, loved the welcome pack as it was very thoughtful, dog box is a great addition, tranquil surroundings, decor inside the lodge was well thought out, lovely place to stay and the man cutting lawn being a Leeds fan was an added bonus. Will stay again
