We loved staying at By The Sea and spent a lot of time on the front terrace taking in the views and sunsets! The location is central to restaurants, beaches and attractions. The house is spacious and perfect for traveling in a group so that everyone can spread out and be comfortable.

It is unlikely you will stay anywhere else like this, it is very special. The description and photos are totally accurate. Well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The terrace would have been a lovely place to spend time if the weather had been kinder! Nat responded quickly to any questions and was always helpful. The directions provided made it very easy to find and the key was in the safe. You have to park outside of the old city (part of the charm is virtually no vehicles) but we had no problem parking. Very happy to recommend Nat's house.

Gianluca was very responsive and answered all my queries. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Allowed an earlier check in and a later checkout . I would highly recommend this place !

We had a great time at Lucy's place. The location is ideal for visiting the 3 cities, and close to the ferry to get to Valletta. The house is typical Maltese, very charming and the street is nice and quiet. The roof terrace is a plus, very pleasant to enjoy the evenings. It is easy to park nearby. Lucy is also a very responsive host and available to answer any questions. Lucy provides a binder with all the necessary recommendations for a great stay: restaurants, beaches, places to visit, etc. Adapters are also available in her home for European outlets. We highly recommend Lucy and her accommodation for a stay in Malta!

My friends and I had the best stay following the end of our academic semester! The place was perfect for us and tucked into such a nice area. There was a lot to see and do in a Birgu, but also super easy to get to Valleta and other surrounding areas. We spent some of our evenings on the roof! The house was extremely comfortable and we felt settled and taken care of upon arrival! 10/10 😊

The house is located in a beautiful, quiet area. It is very clean and modern, equipped with all the necessities. We were a group of 10 persons and found everything we needed for our stay. Daniel was an excellent host and assisted us with any queries we had. The outside area is fantastic, featuring a beautiful pool and a very spacious setting. We highly recommend this house for an unforgettable stay in Gozo.

We have incredibly enjoyed the accommodation and the area!! In the accommodation you feel as much life as in a castle, we love the architectural style. Everything looked and clean and good and out. You could sit and eat flat outside. With a 5-minute walk you were in the square of the village with restaurants and a supermarket. You could easily use public transportation or an uber to admire the rest of the island of Gozo. We had a lovely holiday!

Lovely apartment, really well finished inside, as shown in all the photos. A bit more expensive than many in Marsalforn, but the others aren’t like this one! The air conditioning was a blessing, only minor point - it is above a busy dive school in the apartments block which can be a little noisy in the mornings… Amanda was always quick to respond to any queries and very kindly allowed us to leave our bags for a couple of hours on checkout day which is much appreciated. Highly recommend as a great place to stay in Marsalforn.

Such a beautiful gem! The place was great - absolutely loved the terrace, sea view, and the pool. Throughout the day you will have both shade and sun at the same time, so you can choose whether you want to be in the sun or shade. Joanne was very helpful, set up an extra mattress for us, in addition to letting us check in early and check out late. Would definitely want to stay here again 🥰

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the place was clean and had everything we needed! Andy was super helpful and welcoming! The BBQ gas bottle ran out one evening and he had someone deliver a replacement within 10mins!! When we got there Andy also checked if we had towels for the pool, as we had only travelled with hand luggage we didn't bring towels, so he came back later with extra towels for us! He sent us great restaurant recommendations and responded to any questions we had within minutes!! Would definitely stay again, the place was fantastic!

We had a thoroughly great day in St Pauls Bay at this apartment. It was in a quieter part of town, but walking distance to restaurants and busier areas. The apartment itself is well layout and private. We visited with our two year-old, which was difficult with the marble floors and stairs, but was manageable and would stay again. The air conditioning worked well and there was everything needed for light meals and bonus for a coffee machine. Thanks for a great stay.

My second time at dar ix xemx and have already booked a third . My dream home . It’s just amazingly beautiful and untouched . Highly recommended

Fantastic! Beautiful house. Incredible views! Lots of space. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely location within walking distance to local shop, nearby village square has lots of good restaurants and also close to the beach at Marsalforn. The host was also really helpful - eg put us in touch with a local boat hire company when we asked. Just worth noting that the fourth bedroom and the hot tub are up a very steep spiral staircase which could be challenging for some. Maybe that’s in the info somewhere but I don’t remember seeing it. But on the other hand, a hot tub on the roof is pretty awesome and worth the climb! Overall a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend!!

We loved our stay here. It’s actually even better than the pictures. Lots of things in walking distance and the view is amazing. Nice and quiet also which made it really relaxing!

We loved staying at Lawerence's place for 5 nights. Everything was amazing. The location can't be beat. View is incredible and everything else is just steps from the place. Restaurant and groceries. Highly recommended.

Lisa was so helpful, from us leaving the airport, helping when we arrived at the property, amazing communication through our stay, and always with a smile and wanting to do more. Lisa was always nearby and reachable. The house was so beautiful, even better than in the photos. Everything we could have needed was there and after a busy day of exploring Malta, such a welcome escape to come back to. We loved the roof terrace, seeing fireworks and sunsets! It felt like a proper home from home, a very happy place to stay. Brilliant location; a short walk down the beautiful walkways to the harbour and ferries to Valletta, easy for using Uber to access all of the island! We can’t wait to come back and stay for another adventure. We can see why you love Malta, Lisa!

We spent a wonderful week in Louise’s apartment. The apartment was spacious and had air con which was needed. The balcony has views over the bay at Marslform. Nice to have a drink here before dinner. Lots of restaurants around the bay across the road. We enjoyed Pierre’s and Otters for a drink after swimming off the rocks. Louise recommended a dive centre, Scuba Kings, which were great. Also restaurants not in the local area. Very easy to get a bolt or Uber around the island. Places we enjoyed, Xlendi, Victoria, country terrace restaurant, boat trip to the blue lagoon. Arrive before 10 as it gets super busy. A very enjoyable trip!

A perfect flat that accommodates long stays. We stayed for two months so we could explore all of Gozo. This was a perfect location. Walkable to many swim sites, restaurants, and hikes. Then at the end of the day, a home away from home to come back to. Our favorite part was that our host allowed pets. We felt right at home the whole time. There is a bath tube, washer, tv, fully stocked kitchen, and a sunny balcony. We made many meals at home, (thanks to the supermarkets within walking distance) and had wonderful meals out, right on the Malsaforn bay. Thank you for having us, we really felt at home.
