The house is situated approximately 1.3 km from the main square in Xaghra. Just 250 meters away, there is a grocery store, and the bus stop is about 50 meters further. The distance to Marsalforn Beach is 1.4 km, and to Ramla Beach, it's approximately 2 km.

It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.
