Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Marsa

I spent a whole week in the house as if I was at home. Everything was fine. It was suitable for me. It was close to the airport and the area where I have appointments and work. The host was wonderful in everything. I will come back again, God willing...

Nice old style house. The closed private garden really gives it something special. Good climate control. 3 aircos. Only downside are the light switches. They dont always work properly and need replacement/upgrading

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

We stayed 4 days at Ahmed's. Very friendly person who took the time to show us the apartment, how it works and even made some suggestions for restaurants in the neighborhood. Everything was clean and we even had some pastries available upon arrival. The terrace is perfect for relaxing in privacy. The location is safe in a small adjacent street, perfect, close to several cafes, bakeries, street restaurants and small grocery stores. The beach is actually close to the accommodation in the beautiful La Marsa neighborhood. When we left, we forgot a bag of shoes in the accommodation while we were already in another city 1 hour away. We immediately contacted Ahmed to report our forgetfulness, he instantly replied and reassured us that his mother had found it and that she would keep it safe for us until we came back to pick it up. Many thanks to them!

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

Rabâa was an incredibly good host, very responsive and hospitable. Location was very convenient to get everywhere we wanted, and the flat was clean with good air conditioning.

Christine's place was excellent. It's on a hill overlooking the bay in a lovely gated community. It's not really walkable to La Marsa or Gammarth, but easy to access both if you have a car or by taxi. The apartment was nicely updated with a nice kitchen and ac in every room. The complex was very quiet, walkable and clean. Highly recommended - an excellent value.

During my three nights here, I had an amazing experience. The flat was completely occupied, spotless and functional, with all the appliances in the kitchen and other areas functioning properly.

This was a great stay. We loved the spacious apartment and balcony. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. One thing to note is that the lift didn't work during our stay (this was known prior to booking) and the flat is on the third floor, but the climb is manageable. It is on a side-ish street in La Marsa, making it both accessible and quiet as the bedroom faces inwards. A must visit is the Couscous Tree restaurant just around the corner.

The property is fantastic, really welcoming, and sophisticated. I felt home once I walked in . She is a wonderful & great person , available whenever you ask for a help ,she is really very helpful. When I return to Tunisia, I will definitely stay at the same location. Highly recommended. Thanks Emna for everything,

Apartment in a great location! Only 100m from the beach, 20m from La Marsa central market, Le Zéphyr shopping center, cinema, cafes, restaurants and all amenities. Not to mention the mythical Saf-Saf, literally just around the corner! A perfect location to fully enjoy La Marsa. I would highly recommend.

Clean, cute and fragrant house, in addition to being in a good location. The neighborhood is quiet, which is an advantage when you're on the balcony. Mohamed is very kind. He is helpful and very responsive to the slightest request. Recommended +++

Everything worked out great, my husband was there for one night because he had an important appointment nearby. He was very kindly received by Zeineb's father, and he felt super comfortable in the apartment. Everything was nicely furnished & there was a beautiful balcony! Upon request, we were told that we could even check out a little later. We are completely satisfied and will be happy to take the apartment again!

Beautiful cozy place.

My friends and I had a great time, incredible value for money. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, clean and cozy. The terrace definitely gives an extra touch, very nice to dine there in the evening. There is also a washing machine. Marwen was very helpful in welcoming us and having the apartment ready for us, he advised us where to go to eat and was very kind in letting us check out after the indicated time. The location is convenient for visiting local places. Recommended!

Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is conveniently located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet in the evening. Great place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended

This is already the third time I've stayed here, and every time I feel welcomed with so much warmth. The accommodation is always impeccable, comfortable, and it feels like home.
