Samia’s place is a beautiful and peaceful gem. What an honor to experience not only incredible hospitality, but the home/ location itself is perfect. Everything is walkable, especially to the beach. The home itself is surrounded by a well tended garden by Samia, with her adorable cats, it felt like the perfect sanctuary. The home is incredibly space with a mix of traditional and modern amenities. I look forward to another visit in the future!

Amazing apartment. The host was very collaborative. Lac 2 is a delightful destination. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are situated in close proximity to the apartment. I recommend the host and the apartment.

Omar est une personne très réactive, au petit soin et très bienveillant. En arrivant très en retard (2h après minuit), nous a attendu et même avec un sourire chaleureux. L’appartement est dans une zone accessible et paisible. Je recommande vivement.

1st floor accommodation in a family house with separate entrance. 5* for cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Mariem was always quick to respond and happy to help with information and suggestions. Approx 10-15 mins from Tunis Airport (10-12 Dinars if the driver used the taxi meter), 5 mins walking distance to TGM station L'Aeroport or 7 mins to TGM Kheireddine. Train leaves from Kheireddine towards La'Marsa and Sidi Bou Said at half past every hour and cost 0.5D pp. If you wish to travel to Avenue Habib Bourguiba which leads to the old Medina/ Bab-el-Bhar, You can take a louage (yellow local shared taxi van) from the main roundabout (5 mins walk) for 1.6D pp. Around this roundabout, you will also find many food options. 2 supermarkets are approx 2-3 minutes walk, Carrefour being the better option. Fresh fruit stalls, coffee shops, little street food huts and a bakery with fresh bread and other products are all approx 2-3 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a young family.

I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect — the place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great and made exploring the area so easy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Appartement moderne, propre et très agréable. L’hôte a été à l’écoute et très réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Le seul petit bémol concerne le stationnement : il peut être difficile de trouver une place le soir, ce qui nous a parfois poussés à utiliser notre voiture pour ne pas la perdre. À part cela, rien à redire, nous recommandons vivement ce logement et cet hôte !

Hôte très accueillante, réactive peu importe l'heure, chaleureuse et surtout généreuse, elle nous a recommandé de superbes adresses ainsi que donné de très bons conseils, l'appartement est impeccable , parfait correspond à sa description, très bien sécurisé et on s'y sent comme chez soi. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La maison est très propre, bien équipée et parfaitement entretenue. Elle est idéalement située, proche de toutes les commodités, dans un quartier calme et sécurisé où l’on se sent en toute tranquillité. L’environnement est agréable, Seif et Mehdi ont été particulièrement gentil, accueillant et très réactif à toutes mes demandes. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain séjour !

Great, convenient apartment with a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, in close walkable area. Comfortable apartment with great heating and features! The host was always very responsive when we had any questions.

El apartamento de Khaled es un remanso de paz dentro de la caótica capital de Túnez. La descripción encaja perfectamente con la vivienda, es tal cual se ve. La comunicación excepcional, en todo momento Khaled se mostró atento y aportó buenos consejos. Sin duda, lo recomiendo a futuros huéspedes.

Schöne und geräumige Wohnungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'idéal serait de garder cette superbe adresse pour moi mais bon je partage. C'est un superbe lieu, lumineux, silencieux, agréable, propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Piscine privée avec une belle terrasse. Plage à proximité, une bonne pizzeria également. Facile pour se garer dans la rue face au logement. Aymen le collègue de Medhi est très attentif au bien-être des clients. Medhi quant à lui nous a contacté le lendemain de notre arrivée pour savoir si tout allait bien. En 23 locations depuis de nombreuses années c'est la première fois qu'on nous contacte pour savoir si tout va bien. Bref nous sommes enchantés et avons eu beaucoup de mal à partir...
