Nous avons passé de très beaux moments, dans cet appartement. Tout était conforme à la description, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'attention aux détails et la propreté des lieux. Bel nous répond rapidement dès que nous avons une question ou une demande, c'est vraiement un excellent service. Merci d'avoir contribué à rendre notre voyage mémorable. Je trouve que c’est le meilleur endroit où séjourner si tu as un passage à Tunis. Le studio est authentique, parfait. L’emplacement est idéal, avec un large choix de cafés, de restaurants, de plages et de supermarchés. Rahma était très accueillante et proactive.

the accommodation is actually even better than on the photos. the interior is of good quality, there is everything you need. compared to other places we've been to it was clean and tidy. you can see that the place is taken care of. excellent location, there are good restaurants and banks around the corner but still at night it's very calm so u don't get disturbed. everything is well functioning and if there is anything you need the host replies very fast and helps you out. also it got the friendliest dog neighbour ever ;) thank you

Apartment looked exactly like the photos. 15mins away to the beach. Perfect location in Marsa, safe, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need! Communication with Seif and Med Ali was excellent, very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Had no issues during my stay, and their flexibility at check-in was a big plus. I'd love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

L’appartement était super bien placé collé au palais présidentiel donc très bien sécurisé. l’appartement est comme sur les photos avec tous les équipements et une belle vue mer ! Redissi was the most communicative, helpful host I have had. He went above and beyond in every way, made excellent recommendations for places to go and to eat and his place is delightfully decorated and in a great spot. I can't recommend him highly enough.

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and recently renovated. It's located in a vibrant and lively area, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and cafés but quiet and peaceful at night. Communication with the host was excellent, and overall, it offered great value for money.

It was my second time staying at Kenza and Malik’s place and as fantastic as before. Every detail thought through, perfect location walkable to great restaurants, sad to leave! Thanks again!

Sejour impeccable, tres satisfaisant

This was a great stay. We loved the spacious apartment and balcony. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. One thing to note is that the lift didn't work during our stay (this was known prior to booking) and the flat is on the third floor, but the climb is manageable. It is on a side-ish street in La Marsa, making it both accessible and quiet as the bedroom faces inwards. A must visit is the Couscous Tree restaurant just around the corner.

I totally reconmend staying in this beautiful apartment and will be back myself by the end of the summer. The apartment has a beautiful balcony and everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect - Aouina is a neighborhood where everything is close by and it is very lively. At the same time, both, La Marsa (the sea) and the city center are easy to reach by taxi. Mohamed is an amazing host who is very friendly and replies quickly to every question and request. Thank you for making this stay so enjoyable!

Despite a rocky start with luggage issues at the airport, this Airbnb stay turned my trip around! My host was exceptionally patient and welcoming, waiting for me and taking the time to show me everything. She was incredibly helpful, offering excellent recommendations for food and sightseeing – she has great taste! Communication was always prompt and easy. The apartment is fantastic: modern, beautiful, and impeccably clean, with all the listed amenities. The location is perfect, situated in a safe-feeling area with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. It's ideally located just 8 minutes from Carthage and 12 minutes from Sidi Bou Said. While there's 24-hour security (which is reassuring, though the area felt very safe). I highly recommend this place and will definitely book it again when I return to Tunisia

Dit appartement was helemaal perfect en ook Elyes is een goede host. Ik raad dit appartement zeker aan en kom hier graag terug.

Nous avons eu de la chance de rester dans cet appartement pour un mois. Il etait au centre de La Marsa, a cote des cafes, commerces, le marché, le TGM, et surtout 5 minutes marche a la plage. Meme si, il est tres calme la nuit. Le salon, la chambre, la cuisine et salle d bains sont tous individus, qie c'esttres bon. Le wifi et tele marche tres bien. Si, il est au 3eme etage, mais ca vous donne l'acces a la terrasse qui est magnifique, surtout la vue sur la mer. M. Aymen le concierge etait tres genial et disponible si vs en avez besoin. On espere faire le retour!

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

Madame Anja, la co hôte de l’établissement est très réactive. Je recommande fortement cet air Bnb. L’appartement est spacieux et propre, avec des café et commerce juste en bas de l’immeuble. La zone est résidentiel et très sécurisé.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est très bien équipé, propre et confortable, parfait pour un court ou long séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de tout : commerces, transports, restaurants… L’arrivée était très flexible, ce qui a été très pratique. L’hôte a été très réactif et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement !

nous avons passé un excellent séjour le mall ce trouve juste en face de la resistance pas besoin de voiture pour manger ou faire ses courses. A chaque fois que descend à Tunis j'y dépose mes valises je recommande vivement ce magnifique appartement.
