Bee Our Guest Mountain Top Glamping Dome

AndreRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The pictures don’t do this place enough justice, like genuinely. The place is VERY VERY private for the most part. And it is also very MAGICAL! I couldn’t stop staring off into the mountains in the distance. The inside of the dome was overly comfortable lol. I never wanted to get out of the bed because it was so comfy and warm from the sun entering the front of the dome. The dome has everything you can think of to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The shower was amazing! I recommend waiting to take a shower when the sun is beaming down, so the water is “Steamy hot”. But the water was at 97Fh in the morning time which is more than enough hot for me. Wood stove heater was very tricky but he was extremely helpful with tips to get it going. Once it’s going it’s smooth sailing. It is boarding with someone else’s property. Heard and seen people walking that property but they kept a respectful distance from the fence. Even with that you could barely see them with all the trees.

Luxe Glass Forest Suite - Unit 4 - w/ Hot Tub

HeatherRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We booked The Pine for our wedding night and it was an unforgettable stay! It was more than we expected, the attention to detail was impeccable. Everything you could possibly need they have thought of down to slippers to wear out to the hot tub. The surroundings are beautiful and it is so peaceful in the morning to just sit in the hot tub and listen to the creek babble while the birds chirp. The home itself is designed so beautifully, and it is positioned the perfect angle and distance away from the other tiny homes in the village so you still have plenty of privacy. As a fellow host of a home in a neighboring town this was an amazing option for a short getaway for our wedding night. We will be back to stay in one of the domes the next time we need a romantic close getaway. The host were so accommodating to allow us to book for our specific needs.

A-Frame Chalet w/ Great Views. Hike & Explore!

CharaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Raven’s Roost was the perfect getaway for our family! We first booked with intent to ski/snowboard, but the weather didn’t cooperate with that plan. We rebooted for family time in the cozy cabin with great space to be together for dinner and games, but also space for quiet alone time! My family loves table tennis 🏓, a big bonus for us. We loved everything about Raven’s Roost and hope to visit again when the snow comes back. Colin was great to work with; responsive, friendly, with local recommendations…which we took advantage of. Highly recommend for cozy cabin getaway!

Luxurious Appalachian Farmhouse on the Ivy River

SusanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I highly recommend Renata's farm house, situated on six plus areas of beautiful land, if you want to experience a slice of paradise on the Ivy River. I stayed three weeks while searching for a house to buy. The 1915 farmhouse is compact, space is used efficiently and decorated for comfort. I saw turkeys on the river and an osprey fishing for supper. The location was perfect. I popped into Mars Hill for produce at TJ's market, coffee at Camden's or a sweet or bread at High Ridge Bakery. Easy peasy to drive to Weaverville and Asheville. I also highly recommend taking advantage of Renata's offer to prepare a meal for you. She's a personal chef and the shrimp tacos were beyond expectations. She brings everything to you. It was a delightful taste experience. Renata lives on the hill above the farmhouse and is readily available if you have questions. She makes the experience real, as if you're company or family there for a visit. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy.

French Broad RiverSide Retreat, Marshall

MimiRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Peace on the French Broad ! My first river vacation and this was the right spot. You have to be aware it is in the path of the flood, however the owners have this place looking like it didn’t happen . The interior looks brand new , yard and landscape was awesome, kitchen was fantastic, couch comfy ( I slept my first night there with the windows open) , talk about perfection. You saw the neighbors still dealing with rebuilding , you knew the heartbreak felt by the Community . Visited Marshall to Shop for at the Co-Op, leaving our hearts full of snacks, vitamins and bedding plants. The bench by the riverbank was the best seat in the house. I honestly didn’t eat a single meal inside, the porch was the dining room, great for moon watching . The kid in me watched the train go by- who doesn’t love trains. I would definitely book with Billy again! Thanks again for sharing such a wonderful house!

Glamping. King size bed and hot tub

AmberRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a quick one night stay as part of our road trip and absolutely loved how smooth and convenient everything was. Self check in was seamless, and the hot tub was ready and relaxing upon arrival. The peaceful views were a treat. We even spotted a mama deer and her baby in the morning and later fed the beautiful, friendly horses (picked up apples and carrots at Ingles just minutes away). We grabbed takeout from the charming downtown area of Mars Hill beforehand. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable and cozy, making for a great night’s rest. The place has everything you need. You could honestly show up with just a change of clothes. The hosts were friendly and responsive throughout.
