Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The access is totally independent from my house by a pedestrian path then the Catalan stone steps. The comfortable chalet benefits from a living room of more than 20m2. NEW: there is now a real 140 bed + one quality sofa bed.
