It is located inside the Sarlat-Montignac (Lascaux)-Les Eyzies triangle and thus offers a multitude of sites and activities to discover. Ideally positioned for hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts and for nature lovers in general, supervised swimming 4 km away at the Tamniès pond. It offers a warm interior and a large, friendly outdoor space.

It has a large covered terrace opening onto the countryside. 5 minutes away, you have the Tamniès Leisure Pond. You have the option to walk to Château de Commarque.

You have access to a 10x4M heated pool (from 5/1 to 9/30).

My place is close to the historic center of Sarlat. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.
