Elevated ground floor, separate entrance , oversees the garden, quiet neighborhood, easy parking. It is designed by an interior designer, so all is ergonamically correct. Just around the block there is a huge park to relax. Mini market and bakery 5 min away . Very near to Attiki odos entrance. Everything is new and the apartment fully renovated in 2020.
