Fantastic stay! The villa had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the pool was absolutely amazing. I stayed here with my brother, and we especially appreciated the peace and quiet, along with the great location. Being so close to Rethymno made it a perfect base for sightseeing around the island. Manolis, our host, was always available and gave us excellent tips for local restaurants and attractions, which we really enjoyed. Each morning, fresh bread was delivered, so we didn't have to rush to the bakery. The fridge was also stocked with cold drinks upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. If our travel plans bring us back to the area, we would definitely book this accommodation again. Highly recommend!

Julie and Richard are perfect hosts with tons of local knowledge and who proactively go out of their way to ensure you have the perfect stay. On top of that, they are simply lovely people who make you feel very welcome into their home, while allowing you all the autonomy and privacy you could want.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights during our time in Crete and absolutely fell in love with the place. The home is so cozy and has everything you need from the moment you walk in. Maria was super helpful and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Set in a rustic village with amazing views of the skyline, this place is one you should book for sure. Super close to the town of Rethymno, with many shops, restaurants, and beaches a short drive away.

Our experience at Doukas White Haven was truly wonderful! From the first moment, the hospitality was unique — the hosts were warm, kind and always willing to help us with anything we needed. They welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. The apartment was sparkling clean, very neat and tastefully decorated. It had all the comforts we needed for a comfortable stay and more. The private pool was a real diamond — clean and ideal for relaxing after a day in the city or on the beach. The location is excellent, close to Rethymno but also quite quiet to rest. Ideal place for families, couples or even for remote work. We will definitely visit it again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a memorable stay in Crete!

We had a great stay at Maria’s place, where we stayed for a friends wedding at Agreco Farm. Everything was very close by with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is very clean, modern and new and matches the photos. Maria was extremely attentive and flexible.

Super sweet people. Everything was well arranged. Despite the sandstorm, they really gave top service. We even got pizza as an apology while they couldn't do anything about it. Very sweet. Definitely a villa to go to once.

We had a great stay at the villa. The accommodation impresses with the breathtaking view and the super delicious tavern, which is located directly below the villa. Please note when arriving that you can only drive up to a maximum of 100 meters to the accommodation and then have to carry the luggage up the hill. Overall, we felt very comfortable!
