Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Marotiri

Kristin has been great with communication, offering early check in as soon as the place is available. Location is excellent, lake front, next to many restaurants and most importantly, 3 min walk to Wai Ariki hot spring which is the main reason for our visit to Rotorua. Note though because of the proximity to Eat Street - Friday night particularly can be very noisy , music well into 1am . The pull out couch at the study does sleep the 5th guest, but the study is more a recess from the kitchen area, so whoever sleeps there bring eye mask and ear plugs.

We had such memorable stay at Mary’s. Easy to find and so close to the lake. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable if felt like home. Mary gave us some great tips for local attractions and left us extra special treats just to make us feel welcome! Could not recommend highly enough.

A very quiet and peaceful place with a stunning view of the lake — we woke up to the sounds of nature and watched the sunset from the window every evening. The house was spotless, with every detail thoughtfully arranged: a comfortable bed, warm blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. What we appreciated the most was the sense of calm — it’s the perfect spot to disconnect and recharge. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Parking good, just a brief walk to lake, shops and restaurants. Apartment was very quiet and just lovely and relaxed to come back too. There was only one thing we had a problem with although not insurmountable was the fob entry into apartments with having only one and 5 people going off in diffirent directions each day we had to do some planning for entry into the complex, I think possibley there was an intercom system but we did not look into that as only 3 days stay and very busy time for us all. But would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay very accessible for the walking and riding around the lakefront. Also walkable to the shops.

Julie and Menno's place is super clean and super accurate to the description. Amenities listed are amenities you get. Everything is there. Coffee pods, heater, massive TV with netflix. Near enough to town but not too close hence you get a bit of quiet and serenity. Instructions are very clear. The welcome snack is a cute little bonus! Very attentive hosts, and they're always quick to respond to comms as well. 11/10 - would totally stay here again!

Barbara was an absolutely wonderful host. The only hiccup involved a communication issue with the cleaner but she resolved it so incredibly quickly that it did not affect our stay in the least. She was generous and very easy to work with during our stay. Should we venture back to this side of the world from the states again one day we would love to stay at her accommodation again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home ….. our hosts Marki and Chris were just wonderful and everything about the space and the surroundings was top notch. The furnishings, decor, attention to detail, lovely treats and overall vibe of the home was very special …. Walking distance to the most beautiful little bay, surrounded by nature was awesome. Would thoroughly recommend!!!

Our family had wonderful time while staying here. Highly recommended, especially they do offer high chair and cot for the infant and had some toys as well.

That's exactly as what we are looking for! Big enough for every of us, open view face to the golf course that we are going to play next morning, too short to enjoy our stays as we've been busy to finish our golf trip in only 2 days inTaupo (Kinloch). Looking forward to book here again when I have a chance in the future :)

The house and property was extremely clean and well presented. All amenities that were listed were available and the house was very warm. The communication from the hosts was fantastic - very efficient to reply to any questions or communications that I sent, as well as clear instructions for arrival and leaving. It was a great place to stay for a long weekend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. Three couples and room for more. Two lounges, pool table, five bedrooms, spotlessly clean. Shortcut to the Lake/town via Belvedere Grove for those walking.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect base while visiting friends in the area. The neighbourhood was quiet but still had plenty for the kids to do. Check in was super easy and we arrived to a nice warm home with the lights on for us! We loved our stay at Karen’s!

Thanks Megan. First time staying at an AirBnB have hosted ourselves once. Really enjoyed the extra space compared to the resort the night before. Kids loved the spa pool as well and was handy to Dropzone which the kids also enjoyed going to. Close to the lake and also to a supermarket. Cheers

We had a lovely stay at Tessa’s place in Kuratau. The house has a warm cosy feel with an open living space and fire place. Easy check in, great communication, plenty of space for a large group and plenty of space for parking. Highly recommend.

6 family members had a wonderful stay. Loved the large living space with plenty of room for all ages and comfortable and stylish furniture. Wifi was good for all of us with devices, beds comfortable, shower had good pressure and it was good there was a 2nd toilet in the laundry with a full house. Friendly helpful host we really enjoyed our stay thank you for hosting us

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

Great home

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

Louise’s place was fantastic - even better than the photos! It was spotlessly clean, had a beautiful view of the lake, and included thoughtful touches like free condiments. A very comfortable and welcoming stay. Highly recommended!
