Relax and unwind in the evenings in this comfy abode, enjoying a glass of bubbles whilst watching the sun set. Brand New!!! Come and enjoy the privacy and seclusion of our apartment. The apartment has been custom built on our property and is the one and only apartment. We are located in the golden triangle of Alexandra Headland up on the hill and the apartment has been built to ensure capturing of the ocean breezes and views. Close to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore. There are numerous coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance or a short drive. It is a great central place to begin to explore the Sunshine Coast. We do not provide breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a sandwich press, a microwave and fridge so you can make your own easy meals. NOTE: there is no cooktop available. The apartment is all yours! There is an outdoor shower available downstairs so that you can rinse off after the beach. There is lots of street parking available, usually just across the road. As the apartment is located at the back of our property it is extremely private, however we are here if you need assistance or local advice. The home is set in Alexandra Headland in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and a short walk from wonderful beaches, surf clubs and sunny cafes. Within walking distance to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants and charming shops. Getting around by car is easy. There are buses nearby which run regularly and will transport you anywhere on the coast from Caloundra to Noosa. There is a shuttle service from the local Sunshine Coast Airport (20 mins) and also from the Brisbane International airport (approx 1 hr). Taxis (Suncoast Cabs) and Uber are also available.

There are two friendly cats at the property who will surely come to say hello. Note there is no public transport around this area.

The only thing I would suggest would be some blockout curtains attached to the front of the cabin for more privacy from the main house. Otherwise it was a great stay 😊

Our stay was just perfect! We arrived for a week’s holiday and the apartment had everything we needed, plus amazing pool area and fire pit. The apartment itself was so clean and everything like new! We were able to walk down to the main beach at Alex’s Heads within a few minutes, which was ideal with children! Our host’s Gary and Tanya, were so friendly and very quick to respond to any needs throughout our stay. Gary is truely a super host! We loved our stay and would very happily recommend their property and stay again!

Casita Haven truly was a beautiful home away from home. 🏡 We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying and so appreciated how much thought Henry and Christelle have put into making every room so homely. The guest house is located in a beautifully quiet neighbourhood and the home itself is so privately situated. This home is the most well-equipped Air BNB we have ever stayed in and literally everything you might need has been thought of and provided. The home’s decor is so calming, the bed sooooo comfortable and all the appliances are of great quality. Everything you could possibly need to know is clearly communicated, including how to use appliances etc. Lovely welcoming touches for your 4-legged family member too if you’re bringing one with you. 🐾 🐾 Christelle’s communication was outstanding from first enquiry all the way through to check out. Really hope we have an opportunity to stay at Casita Haven in the future and we can 100% recommend this property. Truly amazing!
