New, fully self contained apartment - Suite 60

Suite 60 is a self contained, detached, upstairs apartment located next to the new Maroochydore CBD. It is centrally located with an easy walk or bike ride to Alexandra Headland or Maroochydore surf clubs as well as Sunshine Plaza shopping centre. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite with plenty of storage and floor space. There is a fully fitted out kitchen and living room, with all the essentials provided, and outdoor living space on the large covered balcony.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
