This is our holiday home which we get to use 2-3 times a year. Cotton Tree is one of the best kept secrets on the coast. Located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, Cotton Tree has a "sleepy hollow" feel to it. Cose to the beach, Maroochy river, shops and cafes and wonderful restaurants. If you need to unwind, our lovely, older style, clean renovated apartment will have you relaxed in no time. Please note our apartment is located on the 2nd level and there are 2 flights of steps to climb.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Sunsets on L'Estran

Spectacular sunsets overlooking the Maroochy river await you at the end of the day either spent kayaking, standup paddle boarding, or for those wanting a slower pace a walk along foreshore right at your front door. There are many beaches and walks all within 15 minutes from the property. Please note - Whilst there is a lift in the complex, this property is not suited for wheelchairs. If you require wheelchair access, we suggest you select a property that does not require lift access.
