The apartment in the converted basement of the single-family house is about 20 m ² and has: - Separate entrance entrance with small kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double bed - Small bathroom with shower, WC, sink. The nearby Nordstrand, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboard, swimming,diving) and walks.

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.
