Zentrale Wohnung in S-Mitte

In einer Entfernung von ca. 500 Metern zum Rathaus steht eine neu eingerichtete Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete, über Zeiträume in denen ich beruflich unterwegs bin, zur Verfügung. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Queensize-Bett (140 x 200 cm), im Wohnzimmer ein Big Sofa, das inkl. Matratzenauflage als sehr gemütliches Einzelbett genutzt werden kann. Im dritten Zimmer befindet sich ein geräumiger Arbeitsplatz und eine gemütliche Schlafcouch. Die Nachtruhe gilt, Veranstaltungen sind nicht möglich.

The compound is very new buildings and modern style. Downstair is Bus 41, 42 and U-Bahn (Lines 4, 2 & 14). 2 Stations away to train station. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
