정말 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 조용하고 전원적인 환경에서 평화롭게 쉬고 싶은 사람에게 매우 적합한 장소입니다. 1. 호스트는 빠른 소통과 친절함으로 우리를 맞아주었습니다. 체크인 전은 물론, 숙박 내내 편하고 만족스러웠습니다. 2. 숙소는 정말 깨끗했고, 주방도구, 세면도구, 수건 등이 다 구비되어 있어 편했습니다. 3. 숙소는 쿰바야가 한 눈에 들어오는 고지대에 있습니다. 도심지에서 멀지 않으며, 차량이 있다면 접근하기 어려운 위치가 아니라고 생각됩니다. 예쁜 정원과 평화로운 분위기를 즐기기 좋은 곳입니다. ( 예쁜 고양이들과 새소리는 덤이구요) 4. 미리 주문한 아침식사는 기대 이상의 품질이었습니다. 숙박하시는 분들께 추천하고 싶습니다. 다시 한 번 잘 신경 써 준 호스트에게 감사를 표하며, 기회가 된다면 다시 묵을 수 있기를 바랍니다.

Todo excelente, muy amables y super atenta la señorita de la limpieza.

Amandine's place is very 'organic' to stay in, if you know what I mean - the whole house and property is constructed with natural materials, lots of quality wood furnishings in the kitchen and property. The area is great, within a 10minute walk down the stairs near the property (not by the road, so no cars) you're next to the church and another, 10 minute from there you are at a beautiful park with grass, trees, etc. In the other direction, towards Quito, you're at a supermarket (supermaxi) within 15 minutes walking along quiet neighborhood streets. So the location is great. Amandine is also very nice, and her family as well, and the area is very quiet. Feels very countryside for being just a 10minute-uber from the centre. The only negative was it was a bit dusty, but this is likely because we booked the night before AND also asked to check-in early, or because we were the first booking in awhile. Everything else was perfect, so I'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

La casa es muy grande. En la mañana a veces era difícil de encontrar a mi familia 😂. Verónica fue súper buena con la comunicación y muy complaciente con nuestro horario de check out.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Highly recommend Britt and Gigi's place! It's even bigger and nicer than the photos show. This is the best Airbnb we've stayed in Quito! We stayed here for over a month and even extended our stay. This Airbnb has everything you need (linens, kitchenware, appliances, towels, etc). Everything worked great including the huge washer and dryer (which is not very common in Quito). The location is one of our favorites, the neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. It also feels very safe. The building itself is very nice with great amenities. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb, we will stay here in the future when we come back and visit!

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado para la crisis de energía, el anfitrión se ocupó de que haya un powerbank conectado al WiFi, además tenía una batería adicional para poder conectar la computadora y otros aparatos electrónicos y una linterna grande. por eso nunca fue necesario utilizar el cowoerking del edificio. El edificio tiene planta para las aereas comunes y es muy pet friendly, no se escucha ningún ruido de la calle, se duerme con mucha tranquilidad. En la habitación principal hay un pequeño calefactor, por si las noches son muy frías. Adicionalmente había un botellón de agua, eso nos encantó. Los anfitriones respondían rápido los mensajes y siempre estaban pendientes.

Es un lugar muy bonito, tuve una excelente estadía, la suite impecable, la zona muy tranquila y bonita y el anfitrión muy atento en cualquier duda que tenía, definitivamente volveré.

El alojamiento es perfecto para estancias cortas o largas, muy buena ubicación, el lugar es impecable, Andrea es una anfitriona que siempre está pendiente y muy atenta, volvería sin duda.

Departamento muy comodo, tal cual las imágenes, Andrea siempre servicial para lo que necesitábamos! Tiendas, restaurantes , centro comercial a 5 minutos del Dpto caminando.

Hermoso departamento para dos personas, súper cómodo, educado moderno, ubicación perfecta, tráfico habitual de la ciudad pero caminando se llega a muchos lugares

A beautiful house in the middle of a nature reserve with all the comforts and accessories you would need for a great stay. It has unbeatable views of the forest. A walking trail with a few mini waterfalls and an abundance of wildlife in your doorstep, we even heard the Andean bear very close to the house! Great decor and the place has a sweet cosy feeling when the rain comes in the evening. Highly recommended!
