Exposed Brick and Plaster at an Industrial Loft

Settle down in front of the quirky, bike-mounted TV for a movie night at an eclectic abode steps from cozy coffee houses and bakeries. Upcycled furniture, exposed air ducts, and a patchwork timber kitchen wall create an unusual interior. Best suited for adults The apartment is fully stocked with all bed linens and pillows, for all of the sleeping surfaces. There are extra pillows, blankets and sheets in the baskets in each room, if needed. I keep all of my cleaning products in closet in the living room, and guests are welcome to use these if they need/want to. I value our guest's privacy, but will be available if needed. The apartment is in the heart of Downtown Black Mountain on Cherry Street, and just three blocks to Lake Tomahawk. This quaint historical town boasts easy access to hiking, mountain biking, golfing, shopping, breweries and sightseeing. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber is available. Asheville City bus line also available. This space is located above the owner's shop, so if anything is needed by our guests, we are available.

This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Smokey and Ginger's Stargazing Studio/Unit 3

We have electricity, good well water, laundry, and WIFI! Escape from the storm with everyday luxuries, and a gorgeous view. Check out nearby area's open for business, including Black Mountain, Marion, Blowing Rock, Nantahala, and our sweet local Brewery Hillmann!!! Limit one load of laundry per night. FYI, you share the yard with our other guests and our 3 sweet dogs.

Deep Woods Studio

Enjoy our peaceful ground-level apartment. My house is located just outside of town in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You can visit Lake James or the riverside Greenway, but you will get plenty of nature right in the yard. I love feeding the birds and other critters so you will see bluejays, cardinals, squirrels, deer, and one very fat groundhog.
