Space was as described and pictured. Host was proactive in communicating and easy to reach for questions. Space fit my group of 6 easily and I had no issues during our stay. The home was fairly priced and overall met our needs. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay in Elizabeth’s home was great! We loved the backyard and the ability to walk to the park down the street. She has everything you need and more (from baking to using the fire pit). Very cozy place to stay for our family! It’s also close to downtown Morgantown so we got to easily explore there too.

Had a great visit to Morgantown staying in the Little Blue House. The apartment was cute, clean, conveniently located, and I felt safe. Would stay again on future visits!

Fantastic stay at such a beautiful spot! We loved sitting on the porch, watching the river, and listening to the birds. Such a relaxing way to spend our downtime during the busy graduation weekend. Kim was super friendly and helpful and even left a gift for our graduate!! One of our favorite airbnb stays ever!!

Place was very nice and clean. Anthony was a great, communicated well, and was open to suggestions. But I feel that the price was a bit high for 5 days.

The rental was exactly what we wanted for our family weekend: A big house with a pool. The pool was clean and warm and the jacuzzi under the porch was clean and nice (the one out by the pool doesn't work.) The house is big and clean. It's not fancy but did the job for us. The exterior is a little shabby, but that wasn't important to us. We would rent this property again.

We stayed for a weekend getaway and could not have been happier with the location! Super clean and the perfect space for a small group.

My favorite escape! I have stayed at the farmhouse 5 times now, and I absolutely love this location. The upgrades with the pool and hot tub are a huge bonus! I will say that the beds are not as comfortable as they used to be, especially in the guest room upstairs and the pull ot bed at the top of the steps. But, aside from a few sore people in the mornings, this farmhouse was a perfect retreat for our family. We left behind some pool toys for the next guest as well as a few extra kitchen utensils. The place was well stocked with everything you need for the first day, including spices in the kitchen! We will be back again! We will miss you, Farmington Farmhouse ❤️

Had a really nice visit with the family and it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into the house and surrounding property. Everything was clean and well maintained (including the pool and hot tub which were spotless). There are thoughtful touches throughout like lanterns to light your way back from the fire pit, and a little winding maze cut through the tall grass. And Buttercup’s an absolute gem. 🐴 But maybe best of all is that the house is perched above a bend in the road, with a view across the meadow to a wooded hill. It gives the effect of having your own private valley. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back.

The cottage was perfect! Attention to detail with the amenities, decor and comfort were top notch! Communication was not only responsive but proactive...this will be my go to place in Morgantown!

We came to Morgantown to ride our bikes on the local trails. Cathy's place was very spacious and comfortable. In a nice neighborhood, at the end of the street we felt very comfortable leaving the bikes on the car bike rack. Less than a five minute ride to the trails. We also enjoyed food from Lundy's thanks to Cathy's recommendation. Great stay!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. It had everything we needed, and WVU was a short, easy drive away for us. The house was super clean and our host Eva was very helpful with clear instructions on our stay. There were plenty of amenities provided, and we were made to feel at home. This house will be our choice for future visits to see our son. Thanks Eva!

Cathy was the perfect host, and the accommodations were just perfect. If I make to next year's event I will defiantly be looking to come back. And if you have never been too West Virgina it is like Heaven on Earth!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great deal! If you’re visiting Morgantown with a group & need a bunch of beds & bathrooms, I can’t imagine better bang for your buck. Ray & team were extremely responsive when a few minor issues came up during our stay. It’s worth noting that this apartment is right downtown, so while it is walkable, it’s not the quietest. Light sleepers might have a hard time, but I slept like a rock :) Would happily stay again!

Wonderful and conformable 2 night staying for our family of six while attending an event at WVU. The home was spotless and well cared for. Appreciate the fresh fruit and the kids loved feeding the pigs.
