Excelente estadía, ¡superó mis expectativas! Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia durante nuestra estancia. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y se veía tal como en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y el lunar tranquilo, ideal para descansar. La ubicación fue perfecta! Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre disponible para responder cualquier duda y brindar recomendaciones locales. La comunicación fue fluida desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y una atención excelente!

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

We loved our stay at the Agriturismo 1 Melograni del Chianti. Serena & Sara went out of the way to look after us. Our apartment was super clean, comfortable & beautiful. The view from our rooms was stunning. The farm is in a central location for Tuscany. We enjoyed coming back after a day of touring,, to relax by the pool & enjoy the sunset from the garden. Our wine/olive oil tasting with Serena was great.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Glorias Haus. Unser vierbeiniger Freund hat sich in der Natur auch total wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man braucht. Das Grundstück hat eine schöne Größe und eignet sich perfekt um draußen zu Essen, im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder einfach in der Sonne zu liegen. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein wenig anspruchsvoll, aber mit einem normalen Auto und ein bisschen Fahrpraxis durchaus zu meistern. Gloria war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns bereits im Vorfeld gute Ausflugstipps für die Gegend gegeben. Auch bei eventuellen Nachfragen hat sie immer sehr schnell reagiert und uns geholfen. Um einfach mal raus zu kommen und die Natur und die Ruhe der Toskana zu genießen, ist es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

If you are looking for an authentic Tuscan experience then this property will fit the bill. A very old property that has been sympathetically updated in the middle of the typical rolling Tuscan countryside. It is less than an hour’s drive to Florence, Siena and hilltop towns such as San Gimignano. The property has all the amenities you could want and the Silvia and Linda were very helpful. The highlight is the swimming pool which was the best we have encountered in such a property. It was very large and modern with incredible views over the countryside. You are allocated your own beds, chairs, deck chairs table and parasol (it is shared with the other properties). There are two things worth bearing in mind, firstly, that the only views of the lovely countryside you get from the property are from the two bedrooms and not from the living area, kitchen or the outside eating area. Secondly, it is located about 1km down a dusty, stony track which is at least not too pot-holed. We enjoyed it

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in der Toskana war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus liegt idyllisch am Land und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – es war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet, um entspannte Tage inmitten der toskanischen Natur zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – von der unkomplizierten Ankunft bis hin zu tollen Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung waren sie immer für uns da. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Es war ein fabelhafter schöner Aufenthalt! Isabella ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin. Sie war stets sehr aufmerksam und darum bemüht dass wir uns rund herum wohl fühlen. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände von ihr bekommen. Auch wenn wir Fragen hatten zu Unternehmungen auf der Insel war sie sofort auf dem Handy oder persönlich für uns erreichbar. Auch ihr Mann war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr willkommen und wie in einer Familie gefühlt. Das Anwesen mit dem Pool, den Bäumen, Blumen und Pflanzen ist unglaublich schön und sehr gepflegt. Man spürt, dass dort sehr viel Liebe ins Detail gesteckt wurde. Wir haben uns auch sehr über das selbst angebaute Gemüse gefreut, dass sie frisch geerntet und an die Gäste verteilt haben. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher, schöner Aufenthalt und die 5 Nächte haben sich defintiv gelohnt! Wir danken Isabella und ihrem Mann herzlich für alles!

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

The pictures don’t do the beauty of the space justice. Maria, the housekeeper who lives in the basement unit was very discrete. Dawn was our host and set us up some incredible reservations, as well as helped us with a transportation issue. The view is otherworldly off the back porch, which overlooks olive trees. There are many adorable tortoises that live in the backyard and are very fun to watch. Close drive from the tram as well as many incredible restaurants. Take the cooking class with Maria!!! It was a trip highlight. If you stay here, you will definitely want a car.

We came back to Michele’s place after having visited for 2 weeks in 2019. My dream was to return one day and find our home away from home once again. So here in May 2025 we were able to return to Nicoletta’s beautiful garden full of roses and herbs. The pool is definitely a bonus. Michele takes such care of this home….you can see how much love and commitment he has for this place. There are nearby villages such as Barbarino Val D’elsa and Tignano a short drive away. as well as San Gimignano and Siena, 30 minutes away. A wonderful experience, every time!

Amazing location and responsive host. Incredible pool with an outstanding view. House, especially the Kitchen, was well well stocked with amenities needed. Highly recommended!

A lovely apartment on the second floor in a fantastic location, just inside the city walls. Everything is within walking distance—the 99 churches, the city walls, a great yoga studio, and wonderful restaurants. We were welcomed in the most perfect way by Barbara, the mother of our host Patrizia. So warm and accommodating! Patrizia is a fast and responsive host, always helpful. The apartment features a cozy kitchen (with a fridge, washing machine, and all essentials) that opens up to a comfortable living area (with a TV and sofa), two spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and excellent shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. All the ingredients for an absolutely fantastic holiday in beautiful Lucca!

We used this as a home base to spend time in Tuscany. We were able to make a lot of day trips from here. We went to Florence a couple of times, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Livorno, Volterra, Cinque Terre, so much. We had three weeks to explore. It was the end of October so the beach area of Cecina was pretty quiet, not at all crowded. The apartment itself is as described. Clean and comfortable and cozy. The internet worked well, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We did not actually meet our hosts in person, but they were very responsive and answered our questions immediately.

Incredible! We had such an amazing time staying here. Charly & Ann have done it up so beautifully. The views are incredible and it’s so peaceful. We hebben genoten van het geweldige huis van Maria. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Maria en haar familie, waar we verwelkomt werden met een fles wijn en lekkere taart. We waren met 6 volwassenen. Er is meer dan voldoende ruimte. Fijn dat iedere slaapkamer voorzien is van een eigen badkamer. Het is een prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving met een heerlijk zwembad tussen de olijfbomen en het is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg fijn is ook de oplader voor de elektrische auto. We haalden elke morgen vers brood bij de plaatselijke bakker in het dorpje 5 minuten rijden met de auto. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de mooie steden zoals Lucca, Siena, Florence. Ook het strand is prima te doen. We hebben ons zeer thuis gevoeld. Maria en familie, bedankt voor de geweldige tijd in jullie mooie huis.

la maison et l'endroit sont exceptionnelles. les hôtes ont été très sympathiques. La maison est typique italienne en plein milieu de la région toscane, c'est génial ! petit restaurant à proximité avec une "vibe" particulière.. je recommende

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Wir haben uns bei Isabell sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sauber. Isabell hat sich mit der Einrichtung sehr viel Mühe geben und überall kleine Aufmerksamkeit platziert. Es gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants/Bars (Sugahero, Gli Orti können wir beides sehr empfehlen) und auch die Katzen auf dem Gelände werden vorgestellt. Das Pool Areal ist sehr clean und bietet viel Schatten, der Garten ist wunderschön durchdacht und ein ruhiger Rückzugsort. Wir würden Isabells Unterkunft auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank

We can't imagine a more beautiful place to stay while we visited Chianti! The location is absolutely heavenly, and Emanuela's home is stunning. Everything was so comfortable, and our family particularly loved spending time outside and enjoying the pool. It's conveniently located for several Tuscan day trips, and there are many amazing wineries nearby. And the icing on the cake were Emanuela and Giovanni, who went above and beyond in helping us throughout our trip - from recommendations and help with reservations to having a few food items and coffee stocked for our first day's breakfast. Easily the best hosts we've ever enjoyed in our years staying in Airbnbs!

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

While Paolo was away, our check-in and communication with Bruno went very smoothly. The property is absolutely stunning. The view of Sam Gimignano as you swim in the pool was something out of a movie scene. The property has surrounding olive trees and vineyards seen right from the window of the airbnb. This particular room is in a tucked away corner of the property and feels very private. Bed was comfy. Washing machine and drying racks, as well as a grill were plusses. Many agriturismos offer a dinner for an added fee, and we were a little disappointed that the dinner (in the past offered by Paolo’s neighbors) was closed during our stay. However, in fending for ourselves, we did appreciate the mini fridge and microwave, and loved eating our dinner right on the private table outside the room door. Also, you do have to clean out your trash at the end of the stay. Price felt right. Overall, would happily stay again and will be forever dreaming of the view.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Lucca! The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside that made every morning feel like a dream. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, striking the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great tips for local spots to explore. It was clear they truly cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests. Most of all, the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace or simply soaking in the scenery, it was exactly the getaway we were hoping for. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.
