Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Spend a pleasant holiday at this wonderful villa in the south of Menorca with breathtaking views of the sea. Set in a peaceful setting, less than a five-minute walk from the waterfront, this villa with a pool will delight young and old. Composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, lingerie and a large garden including a barbecue area, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Reservation 7 nights minimum.

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The sea view, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterize this peaceful place. The large windows in every room give light to the entire house, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Los Olivos is a vacation home on the edge of a quiet and local cove. You can cross the street to swim in the crystal clear waters or take a paddle or kayak tour left graciously at your disposal. The house has been carefully decorated to make you feel good right away, the bedding chosen for a restful rest. All exteriors have sea views and many places have been arranged in the shade or in the sun for a restful idleness.

Just a 10 minute walk to the beach!

Biniancolla is a small development between Binibeca and Punta Prima. The house is divided into 2 floors. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a reverse osmosis device, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1 toilet and 2 en-suite bedrooms. The first floor has a double bedroom en suite with access to the terrace.
