It has capacity for 2 people, has 1 room with 1 double bed and a spacious living room with a sofa. AC (cooling & heating) is installed in the bedroom. Recently installed windows to provide better insulation of sound and heat and renovation on the bathroom area.

Very centrally located studio flat, in the heart of Lagos, very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and the great Lagos night life. A huge terrace with sunshine all year roond. Suitable for young people, as in the months of May, June, July, Aug., Setp. and October gets very lively, not appropriate for those seeking for a quiet time. Earplugs are recommendable. The studio is on a 3rd floor of an ordinary 35 years old building. You will be miggling with the locals.
