Apartment is located in Dubai marina , 2 minutes walk to JBR beach. If you know Dubai, this is one of the most popular areas to live in. Sparkle tower is conveniently located in between the marina and the beach with marina view. You will enjoy access to lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars on the marina promenade and JBR walk, a very popular pool bar called BLA BLA is at a 2 mins walk. Everything is within walking distance, including metro if you want to go to other areas.
