Vacation rentals with beach access in Marina Beach

We have stayed in this building a few times before. In general The location is great with all the amenities you can expect such as parking, gym and pool with direct access to the beach. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony was comfortable with seating for 5-6 people and although it was only on the fourth floor it had great views across JBR to the left and the harbour and palm Jumeira to the right. Would recommend this.

Mind blowing marina view, stay was super comfortable we were overall super happy with stay apartment is huge and spacious best for group of 8-9 people, thank you for hosting us.

This place is conveniently located near the beach and the restaurants in the neighborhood, It even includes a parking spot in the rental. The host is very responsive.

I loved this Place Everything in the unit was just like the picture and the description . The location is excellent ( very near to the beach ) The unit was fully equipped and had everything I needed, as well it was super cozy The host Amr was super responsive and friendly. I really enjoyed staying and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The apartment is in great location with easy access to everything, mini supermarket (open till late) and pharmacy are in the building which is,super handy, other supermarkets and restaurants with 5 mins walk, the metro and tram stations also about 5 min walk, the beach is 10 min walk. Nearest shopping mall within 7 mins walk. Lovely view of the marine from the balcony. The place was very clean, it had everything we needed for a short stay. Sebastian sent us clear instructions for check in so all went smoothly. Our kids loved the swimming pool, it was clean, not busy and the water was warm. Would definitely be happy to come back. I had a fabulous stay at Sarah’s spacious 2-bedroom apartment in JBR. The apartment itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit-including a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and super comfortable beds with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The living area was bright and airy, and I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, which offered lovely partial views of the marina. The location is amazing - just a short stroll from the building are the beautiful white sands of the JBR beach, where you can rent loungers, enjoy water sports, or simply soak up the sun. The area is vibrant and bustling, with a huge range of restaurants, cafes, and beach clubs. There are also plenty of family-friendly activities, shopping options, and even outdoor gyms and yoga classes right along the beachfront.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The full marina view from the balcony is absolutely stunning—especially in the evening when the lights reflect off the water. The location is perfect close to everything! Super convenient to get around Dubai. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was smooth. Rachid was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

There is not much to say, what you see in the pictures is the same. But there was a bad smell in the refrigerator, maybe the smell of food by the people who stayed before us. In addition, the internet is a place that people with busy work should not prefer, the internet is constantly disconnecting, it is not stable.

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

I got what I really expected, communication was great and meeting my requirements was precise. It was such a smooth stay.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Kiran's place was absolutely awsome. great views, well kept and very clean. walking distance to everything one would possibly need, in room dinning was great value and tasty. you can use the skypool which is a must but obviously an extra charge. I will be returning for sure !

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

A great option in Dubai. Super clean and nicely decorated, in a new building, with great amenities. Hosts were easy to work with and quite friendly. Apartment is fantastic. Will look to stay here again, for sure!
