Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

Ook perfect gelegen op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als historisch vertrekpunt.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Chaumot is located 2.5 hours from Paris, 3 km from Corbigny, a small dynamic town with many shops, 2 supermarkets and restaurants, and a market on Friday. 300 m away, the Yonne and the canal with its marina. The apartment has panoramic views of the countryside and beautiful sunsets. Refurbished and functional. Capacity: 2 adults and 2 children max 13 years old, or 3 adults, (in the case of a 3rd adult a supplement of €15 will be requested.)
