Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. Capacity: 2 adults and 2 children max 13 years old, or 3 adults, (in the case of a 3rd adult a supplement of €15 will be requested.)

Spacious holiday home with panoramic view

Op een heuveltop ligt het dorpje Saizy. Aan de dorpsrand bevindt zich de vakantiewoning met adembenemend uitzicht. Gebouwd rond 1890 als boerderij en in de jaren 60 reeds getransformeerd tot woonhuis. In het voorjaar van 2019 is een nieuwe verbouwing afgerond waardoor de woning volledig voldoet aan hedendaagse comfort.
