We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

We loved this house and the surrounding area - very peaceful and serene - and looks exactly like the photos. The house was beautiful both inside and out with all the modern conveniences we could have wanted: smart TVs, Nest thermostat, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous Moen shower, and grill. We didn't have a chance to use the fire-pit, but it looked very inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had plenty of pillows and blankets. In addition to all that, the host Nadine was amazing - the most responsive and kind host we have ever had. We felt so cared for and relaxed knowing that she was a message or call away. We would give this property and host more than 5 stars if that were an option! Can't wait to come back!

This is a beautiful property and definitely one I will always remember. The inside is so unique and charming. Everywhere you look there is something interesting. We really loved it. I made our 28th wedding anniversary very memorable. Thanks Heather!

Ellen’s listing was a such cute and peaceful place for me and my girlfriends to spend a few nights. Skaneateles has such cute shops and wonderful restaurants and the show at the Rev theatre in Auburn was beyond fantastic. Definitely will be staying at this place every summer.
