Try something different - stay on a boat! M/S Pearl has four cabins with seven cottages, in addition you can make for two in the lounge. Generous common areas in the wheelhouse and lounge and large areas on the deck where you can brew sail. Well equipped kitchen with stove, oven and fridge. The boat is centrally located in the center of Mariestad. It is only 200 meters to the popular harbor stalls and 600 meters to the station. You clean after yourself. Soap, toilet paper, kitchen towel, a towel in the toilet, nine covers and pillows are available. BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS!

Bicycle path connects this idyll with nice beaches only 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp / Göta Kanal you can reach by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 min). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop at road 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

Our cottage is located in Sundsören right by Torsöbron. It is about 15 km into Mariestad. Both Sundsören and Torsö are very scenic areas with beautiful forests, country roads and of course water everywhere! In the vicinity there is a shop, restaurant, camping and beach. We have a small patio and a large partly glazed terrace that is lovely to sit on during the evenings. There are two bedrooms of which one has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. In the living room there are 2 day beds of 80 cm.

Booked on short notice. Honorine arranged that we could go there super quickly and that all facilities were available. She and Susanne were very helpful and always quick to respond to questions. The house was comfortable and characteristic, and we felt more than at home. Would love to come back again!

This is a great place to stay for those of us who like to be out all day on excursions and hikes. A nice place to start the day and finish it. We really like the environment in the area with its stone coops, forests and meadows. We would love to come again!
