The separate guest house with lake view is ideal for trips to Berlin and exploring the lovely area. The beach is 150 meters away, the S-Bahn 1.5 km. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route runs nearby. It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water.
