I booked this place super spontaneously, and everything worked out perfectly. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for our rainy weekend. Both the children and the adults had fun and relaxation. the place was clean and the hosts were super nice - we felt very welcome and at home! Super nice place to stay!! Highly recommended! Everything is nicely decorated and clean! :) There are only 2 "little things": - directly opposite a church, which accordingly rings loudly regularly - Unfortunately, there were no cushions for the loungers by the pool

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described and Janna and Christof took great care of us. Would happily do it again!

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

The stay with Ingrid and Jürgen was all around successful :) The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description – very nice, quiet location and surrounded by nature. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, which immediately gives a feeling of home. Communication was also warm and helpful at all times. If you are looking for a break and want to enjoy peace and quiet, I can definitely recommend this place!!

With a group of friends of 5 people, we stayed three nights in this AirBnB on a small-scale park. There were few other guests in the park, so we could enjoy the nice jacuzzi and garden. Unfortunately, for the (unheated) pool, the temperature outside was just a bit too cold. Inside is a lot of space, the cottage is much larger in terms of seating space than for 5-6 people. The beds (a total of 6 sleeping places) were excellent. With two refrigerators, six burners (gas stove) and a spacious dishwasher, the kitchen was also great, although unfortunately there was no towel or tea towel available to dry the hands and small dishes. It is also nice that there are two toilets (one of which is separate), but the door to the bathroom with toilet cannot be locked and does not close completely. Arrival is fine, with some information from the host in advance via the app and on site instructions to get to the right cottage at the small bungalow park. All in all a great stay in a nice area!

The three of us spent a weekend in the vacation home, which exactly matched the descriptions on the Internet. Access was easy via the key box. There was a private parking space right by the house. Everything was clean, tidy and practical (sufficient 'storage space'). The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The location is great, the village and sea are a few minutes' walk away. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house. The contact with Janine was always easy.

Volker is a lovely host and this accommodation is wonderful for families or groups of friends who want to relax by the North Sea - the house offers an incredible amount of space for cozy game nights, delicious cooking experiences and time together on the terrace. We felt completely comfortable and would be very happy to come back 🤗

We felt very comfortable. The house has something embracing and yet offers enough space. You could say that the attention to detail makes everything very lively. Everything very well and clean. We have rarely been so warmly welcomed in an accommodation. We were very pleased with the small surprise basket we found in the vacation home. The apartment is simple but tastefully furnished and above all tiptop clean. It is definitely worth mentioning the super cozy bed. The value is excellent and there was really nothing to complain about.

We felt completely comfortable during our stay! The hosts were exceptionally friendly, helpful and always approachable – you immediately felt welcome. They were always there for questions or concerns. The surroundings are very nice and especially suitable for bike tours. There are numerous well-developed paths and many worthwhile destinations nearby. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and be active.

(+) Plenty of space for families & groups of friends // newly renovated cottage with old charm // 2 bathrooms // a total of 3 toilets//garden with its own sandbox including sand toys for the kids // a shelf with children's books and games // beautiful view of the salt marshes, the sky, the birds, hopping rabbits, deer. In the evening, a flock of seagulls regularly passed by // shed with space for bicycles, etc. // parking in front of the house // short distances to shopping by car (-)/good to know the dike is quite close, but after that it is still a good distance to the "natural beach". We had imagined it to be more "beachy" before, so that you could also swim there. In reality, however, it is a very typical mudflat area. The plan to jump into the North Sea every day did not work out// Next door is a small farm, we thought that our kids could ride ponies there, but this is only for guests of the farm.

We had a very nice stay at the beautiful cottage. The excursions by boat directly from the house to the large sea were particularly beautiful. The house was very clean and you felt right at home when you entered.

Charming Frisian cottage, quietly located yet centrally located. Enough retreat options in the house for us as a family of 4. The kicker was particularly well received by the whole family. Due to the good location, Norddeich and the ferry to Norderney could be reached in a few minutes by car.

There were two of us with our 20-month-old child and it was really great! Everything you need, lots of little extras that contribute to feeling good, modern and high-quality furnishings (very comfortable beds!), beautiful outdoor area and fantastic location. Lars and Nicole always responded quickly and helpfully to our inquiries, and a baby cot was even purchased. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend a stay in the Krabbenbude!

Very cozy house in fabulous surroundings, surrounded by meadows, water and yet 10 minutes by bike to the city center. 2 very nice large bedrooms, bright rooms, matching furnishings. Definitely a recommendation!

Beautiful house and very high quality amenities. From there, all the surrounding places were easy to reach. Even in bad weather, it's great, because you feel at home in the house. We were thrilled and would be happy to come back 😊☀️

We are 6 people from France and are looking for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. The East Frisia region is beautiful with its islands, beaches, dikes and windmills. We were very warmly welcomed by the Weikert family at the Huus Karoline. The owners are very friendly and have made sure we have everything we need. They even invited us to a tea ceremony together. Communication before arrival went very smoothly. They live right next door should you need them. They give good recommendations and can explain a lot about the region. The house is large, clean and comfortable for 6 adults (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything is suitable for young children. As in the house description, all equipment is available. Huus Karoline is very well located between Norddeich and Bensersiel. Many thanks to Gisela and Reinhard, they are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend this house! Maxence and family

We had a wonderful time at the place! As a close group of friends of eight people, we especially enjoyed the cozy terrace and the beautiful garden – perfect for relaxing and sitting together. Jetty was super warm, always available and supported us quickly and helpfully with everything. The house was very clean, the kitchen spacious and well-equipped – ideal for cooking and eating together. Although the bathroom was a bit small for eight people, it didn't bother us much. The immediate surroundings were rather quiet, but thanks to the bicycles we were allowed to use, we were able to explore the area. We felt completely comfortable and would recommend the place at any time!

A wonderful girlfriend weekend at the end of Germany. Solitary location (that's how we wanted it) right on the dike. You fall asleep with the croaking of a hundred frogs...pure nature. The house exudes East Frisian charm and is lovingly and carefully renovated and furnished. The kitchen was well furnished, we cooked ourselves. Everything was no problem. Everything was available. Our host and her family were always there for us. No question, no wish remained unanswered. It should be like this everywhere, so we are happy to give the full score here and will certainly come back to cycling.
