Klein Elmau - The forest idyll in Elm

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor in an absolutely quiet location

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.

Beautiful modern new mechanic / apartment. Our apartment is completely newly renovated and newly furnished. We offer you five single beds with spring mattresses and feather pillows. Beds are very comfortable and you can sleep very well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything your heart desires. The apartment is bright and spacious. Our apartment is ideal for up to five fitters, as well as for a whole family.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

We welcome everyone to our accommodation! Our location offers green idyll as well as a close connection to the city life. Offering a separate entrance, we grant you a high degree of privacy in case you are looking for it. You even have an own bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen for your convenience. Our accommodation is provided to ensure our guests feel secure, comfortable and at home while staying here.

Direkt auf dem Hof befindet sich unsere Gästewohnung Lark. Eine Unterkunft, die Ihr ganz für Euch allein habt. Hier könnt Ihr zu zweit, zu dritt oder zu viert übernachten. Bett drei und vier befinden sich in der Dachspitze, die über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen ist. Kinderschutztüren sind vorhanden. Ein Grillplatz mit Terrasse und Veranda stehen zur Verfügung.
