We are located on the same land as the Ressaca farm, a farm with more than 100 years of many stories. 52 km from Lavras Novas 22 km from Mariana 34 km from Ouro Preto 11 km from Cachoeira do Brumado 51 km from Ponte Nova.

Enjoy the fresh air of the Ouro Preto mountains. Chalet with comfortable accommodations for a couple and one or two more guests, in an environment immersed in nature with a private forest, spring, ruins and a beautiful view of the Pico do Itacolomi mountain range and the city of Ouro Preto. Welcome, we are from Chalés Vila Rica, located in Catarina Mendes, a rural area, 7km from Centro HistóRich de Ouro Preto, on the banks of Rio das Velhas, as a place of ownership of the Ricardo Bar (Bar and Restaurant in Ouro Preto and region). The Bar do Ricardo is a cozy place, where good food and drink meet in a cozy atmosphere. It is known for offering a wide variety of portions and drinks, with emphasis on the traditional culture of Minas Gerais.
