1 To the Viewpoint: Unforgettable View

GROUND BUNGALOW (wifi): situated in VILLA AO GAZEBO, inside the village of Lavras Novas. The suite has 3 internal premises (Bedroom, Bathroom and Panoramic Lounge) and 1 outdoor (panoramic deck). Accommodating a Queen couple, it has: Smart TV, minibar, small table, couch and hammock. The Café is served in the Panoramic Gourmet Space, with BBQ and mini nightclub (events to be arranged). Our terrain is wide and overlooks the valley. To the north the Itacolomi mountain range and to the east Serra do Caparaó.

Samuel's House

Casa do Samuel is a colonial house, in a typically upper-middle-class neighborhood, next to the Pilar church. It is perfect for resting after a day going up and down the hill! For those who prefer to relax with a beer, our street-level lounge/bar is “the” place to feel part of the landscape. For the contemplative, we have a hammock on the balcony overlooking our churches. We can accommodate up to 5 people in an en-suite, a bedroom and an extra mattress. We have free parking 30 meters from the entrance.

Lake Chalet

This space was created by me with a lot of love with the intention of distancing myself from the city and being closer to nature. Here I spend the best moments of my life.🌳🖼️🪵🌼 Our chalet is located in the district of Monsenhor Horta in the city of Mariana Minas Gerais. We are located on the same land as the Ressaca farm, a farm with more than 100 years of many stories. 52 km from Lavras Novas 22 km from Mariana 34 km from Ouro Preto 11 km from Cachoeira do Brumado 51 km from Ponte Nova.

Next to Hotel Vila Relicário and Andorinhas Municipal Natural Park, here we are completely by nature, and as a gift, we have the songs of the birds. We are located 2.5 km from Tiradentes Square, the historic center, going up the steep slope of João de Paiva. Another way would be the same route as the circular bus.
