Appartement vue sur mer. Extra lumineux, tout confort, entièrement rénové en 2023, avec une attention toute particulière pour la finition, la décoration et la qualité des matériaux. Tous les équipements sont neufs. Vues à couper le souffle sur la mer, cela va sans dire, mais aussi large panorama sur l'arrière-pays depuis la chambre à coucher, au septième et dernier étage de l'immeuble. Le "petit plus"? Ces magnifiques carrelages anciens et ce parquet en bambou sur lesquels on se sent si bien.

Adaa Studio

Nice studio 50m from the sea (Mariakerke). The kitchen, sleeping and sitting area are in 1 room. Bathroom and toilet separate. Bedside table with double bed + Karup seat from which you can make an extra bed. Clean building with lift as well as laundry room. Super practical! Cleaning and laundry of bed linen are provided by a professional company. For coffee addicts, Moccamaster for tasty slow coffee available and Nespresso for when it has to go a bit faster :)

The flat has a spacious open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a superb bathroom. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of materials but also to the home automation (Smart TV, Google Nest Hub, dimmable lights,...). An ideal place to spend holidays with family/friends or to telework in front of the sea!

Studio très lumineux et bien équipé, situation idéale pour les promenades à pied et en vélo, les restaurants et le déplacement en tram (arrêt à 2 pas). Immeuble très calme et avec belle vue sur la ville d'Ostende et la digue depuis la terrasse. Excellent accompagnement de Guillaume et Liz, de la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour (hôtes attentionnés).

2 bedroom amazing apartment in Oostende

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut gepflegt. Alles sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Nähe zum Strand ist natürlich besonders toll! Hier noch ein paar kleine Hinweise. Es gab sogar einen Hochstuhl für Kinder. Leider hatten wir im Vorfeld etwas Schwierigkeiten, das Immobilienbüro zu erreichen, welches die Schlüssel verwaltet. Hier muss man beachten, dass man rechtzeitig die Öffnungszeiten in Erfahrung bringt. Die Schlüssel müssen dort persönlich abgeholt werden. Auch sollte man vorher dass Kleingedruckte gut lesen. Es werden für den Aufenthalt nämlich Nebenkosten extra berechnet. Diese müssen zusammen mit der Reinigungsgebühr bei der Schlüsselabholung in Bar gezahlt werden. Die Wohnung hat uns aber wirklich wunderbar gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

It was a pleasure to spend 3 days with my little doggie Yorkshire in this beautiful, modern and very cozy Apartment with a beautiful sea view from the bed and the amazing sunsets in the livingroom . Lovely. The Apartment has everthing you need, even wine on arrival and the Host Martin is such a great Person , very welcoming, lovely and always helpful. I will definitely come back. 5 Stars. Thank you so much Martin.

Fantastic apartment, Annick was a great host, who was always available and super responsive. Perfectly located for beach , supermarket and town with off street parking and a really well equipped kitchen. We look forward to returning next year.
