New kitchen with dishwasher (October 2021). 2 comfortable sofa beds and 1 folding bed 130 cm wide in a small room separated from the kitchen by a blind. Free parking nearby. Swimming pool 200 m away. You will find a Super Delhaize, Lidl, Spar, bakery, fry shop, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Tram stop 50 meters away. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided for an additional fee of €20 (per bed).

Nice studio 50m from the sea (Mariakerke). The kitchen, sleeping and sitting area are in 1 room. Bathroom and toilet separate. Bedside table with double bed + Karup seat from which you can make an extra bed. Clean building with lift as well as laundry room. Super practical! Cleaning and laundry of bed linen are provided by a professional company. For coffee addicts, Moccamaster for tasty slow coffee available and Nespresso for when it has to go a bit faster :)

Wonderful 45 sqm architect designed flat with panoramic sea view, located on the Ostend dike. The flat has a spacious open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a superb bathroom. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of materials but also to the home automation (Smart TV, Google Nest Hub, dimmable lights,...). An ideal place to spend holidays with family/friends or to telework in front of the sea!

Ontspan en kom tot rust in ons vredig, stijlvol appartementje, het werd heel recent met oog voor detail en hoogwaardige materialen gerenoveerd! Het bevindt zich vijftig stappen van het strand, dichtbij een tramhalte, fietsenverhuur en maar 15 minuten wandelen naar het bruisende stadscentrum! Kortom, de perfecte combinatie voor een rustig verblijf gecombineerd met de mogelijkheid om langs het strand Oostende te gaan verkennen!

Sea view apartment. Extra bright, comfortable, completely renovated in 2023, with special attention to the finish, decor and quality of materials. All amenities are brand new. Breathtaking views of the sea, needless to say, but also wide panorama of the hinterland from the bedroom, on the seventh and top floor of the building. The "little extra"? These beautiful old tiles and bamboo flooring that feel so good.

Very bright and well-equipped studio, ideal location for walking and cycling, restaurants and tram travel (stop 2 steps away). Very quiet building with beautiful views of the city of Ostend and the dike from the terrace. Excellent support from Guillaume and Liz, from booking to the end of the stay (attentive hosts).

A children's playground is featured on the sandy beach, designed to resemble a ship with colorful accents. Nearby, a smaller play structure is visible. The calm sea is seen in the background, with beachgoers enjoying the sunny day.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and very well maintained. Everything looks like the pictures. The proximity to the beach is of course especially great! Please see the details here are the details. There was even a high chair for children. Unfortunately, we had some difficulty in advance reaching the real estate office that manages the keys. Here you have to make sure that you find out the opening times in good time. The keys must be picked up there in person. You should also read the fine print carefully beforehand. Additional costs will be charged for the stay. These must be paid in cash together with the cleaning fee when picking up the key. We really liked the apartment and would definitely come back

It was a pleasure to spend 3 days with my little doggie Yorkshire in this beautiful, modern and very cozy Apartment with a beautiful sea view from the bed and the amazing sunsets in the livingroom . Lovely. The Apartment has everthing you need, even wine on arrival and the Host Martin is such a great Person , very welcoming, lovely and always helpful. I will definitely come back. 5 Stars. Fantastic apartment, Annick was a great host, who was always available and super responsive. Perfectly located for beach , supermarket and town with off street parking and a really well equipped kitchen. We look forward to returning next year.
