This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Quiet and relaxing outdoor space thanks to its pool and terraces with pleasant views where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. Access to the house by car and own parking. The house consists of a typical Mallorcan entrance, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Heating, A/C and WIFI throughout the unit. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families (with children).

The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend days at the beach in Port de Sóller, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities. It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.

Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
