A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. Margate City, NJ is between Atlantic City & Ocean City.It is a small, clean, & safe beach town which offers great summer activities. The house is 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. Fine dining restaurants, tennis courts, playgrounds and Lucy the Elephant are minutes away in walking distance. The AC casinos are 4 miles away and offer all kinds of entertainment & fine dining.The best attraction though remains the beach.
