Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. We really enjoyed our stay, both for the excellent surroundings of the cottage but also itsloxat3 being central to the whole region. The cottage is a good size for a family and has everything you need. We will definitely be checking to see if it available the next time we are visiting the area

This was a trip to make memories with our 75yr old mum. And a mothers day treat. So much to do in Margaret River and surrounding areas. Ideal for young and old. Variety of interests and being so close to nature.
