Elliot is very hospitable, we have very smooth and friendly communication. Especially his son Mozart, is also a great kid, can speak French, Italian, and English, but also can program, and successfully played the role of little you’re tourist.

Great view of magical Guanajuato! it was wonderful to start a day with a breakfast on the terrace. The short journey to get to the place was easier than than expected, used funicular (mainly for the experience)once during our 3 nights stay. Responsive hosts, couldn’t ask for more

Excellent accommodation, very tasteful, very nice, clean, with everything necessary for our stay, both in the kitchen and the bathroom and the other areas, they made us feel at home, also super close to supermarkets such as Oxxo and Soriana, also walking 15 minutes you get to the center. Guanajuato should be called the city of 10,000 steps which I feel like we did when there for a well at Tolsten beautiful place. The roof terrace was a perfect relaxing place in the warm evening to take in the view and sounds of the city. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with spices and a fresh bag of local coffee beans which was much appreciated. It takes about 8 minutes to walk t the center of town, including the 118 steps which was a good form of exercise we did 3 times a day to offset al the excellent eating and drinking we were doing! Highly recommend Tolsten's casa.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is spacious, full of natural light, and even better than the photos. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe—especially with the hosts and their dogs upstairs most of the time. While I was completely independent, I never felt lonely, which was a really nice balance. The Wi-Fi was fast and completely reliable—I worked remotely for a month with daily video calls and had zero issues. The dedicated workspace was roomy, with a very comfortable office chair. The bed was yummy comfy, and having laundry just steps away was a major plus. Laura and Daniel were truly exceptional hosts—warm, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful throughout my stay. I can’t say enough about them. This place made me reconsider my plans and seriously think about coming back to Guanajuato.

Really nice place to stay in Guanajuato. They were very helpful and kind. They allowed for early check in. Paola was very fast to respond to all our needs. They give great restaurant and touring recommendations. The location is charming. It is up a callejon with some stairs but it's very safe and comfortable. The views are stunning. It's close to easy shopping, restaurants and a park that has a lot of activity. We had a wonderful stay!

The house was absolutely amazing! Great views, we all had our own bathroom which is always great when traveling with a big group. Only trouble we really ran into was accessing the home, I think the lock was malfunctioning but the host got us in. The pool was a great the kids really enjoyed it, it is in the deeper side so make sure to take flooties. The neighborhood was quiet and it being gated makes you feel really safe. You could practically walk downtown but it is a lot of up hill and down hill so we used uber/taxi to get around which ended up paying 60-80 pesos each time. Also a lot of van transports pass by so easily you can hop on those as well. If I ever get the chance to visit GTO I would book here again.

Nadia's service was excellent, there was constant communication. The flexible schedule to use the Airbnb was accessible. Excellent service.

We spent nine nights at Norma‘s place. We found it to be as advertised. It was peaceful and lovely. We spent a lot of time on the deck with great views of the city, especially in the evenings. Norma was a great hostess and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this place!

The house is really very nice, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Alejandro welcomed us on arrival; he is very kind and attentive, he gave us recommendations to get to know the city.

It’s within walking distance to the city center of Guanajuato, which is very convenient. The night view from the balcony is also beautiful. The neighborhood has a security gate and is well-guarded, making it very safe.

We stayed a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. we had a wonderful time at this house. it was exactly the romantic getaway we had hoped for. Clean, great location, lots of wonderful suggestions from our host and the driver they helped to arrange for us. The beds are comfortable, the roof terrace is really special.

The apartment is very good and complies with everything it says, we had a bad night since the heat was unbearable and when opening the windows there was a lot of noise from the nearby avenues, it has two fans but they were not enough since the air felt warm. However, none of those things were under the control of Flavio, who was very kind at all times. I only recommend taking that into account, especially if you have young children (like me). With the place, everything was perfect and the service was too. I would definitely stay there again but in winter 😂 or with mini splits.

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.
